Bilt app not working - installed, won't open. Tried to pay Rent Game in my email first - clicking link to Entry form didn't work, nor clicking link to Watch and Play Game. Never saw Claudia. No answer choices appeared for first question, even when I clicked each number. I typed this in Chat With Us - useless.

How to fix Bilt Rewards app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bilt Rewards app on iPhone
Update Bilt Rewards app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bilt Rewards iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bilt Rewards on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bilt Rewards network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bilt Rewards Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bilt Rewards not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bilt Rewards App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bilt Rewards » click [Force Stop]

Update Bilt Rewards to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bilt Rewards App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bilt Rewards » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bilt Rewards.

Fix Bilt Rewards unable to contact server/ Bilt Rewards internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bilt Rewards » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bilt Rewards » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bilt Rewards
