I have a problem with Zapper

In the past two weeks every time I try and use zapper it says I have a connection error. Even when I use wi-fi so I have been unable to use it all

When I click the scan button it does go to the scan page. I have reinstalled Zapper and used a different credit card

To resolve Zapper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Zapper App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zapper » click [Force Stop]

Clear Zapper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zapper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zapper.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zapper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zapper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zapper
