I cannot get the upromise app to load the pictures of my receipts anymore. what happened? why can you take a picture of your receipt to directly load onto site. I have unloaded the app to no avail. it used to work but not anymore.

I have tried shopping with multiple store and the app repeatedly is having webpage loading issue stating it is not available. Very frustrating makes me want to stop trying and going direct purchase to the store site.
