OnPath CU Reviews

First let me say I’ve NEVER left a review on ANY Apps before EVER but this on is so BAD I have too! And I only gave it One star because I didn’t have the option to give ZERO STARS! OnPathCU is complete and utter TRASH!! Everything was fine until they updated OnPathCU! First I had an issue with logging into OnPathCU after the update . I had to call and speak to someone have them stay on the line while I followed the instructions that were given to me . After doing about 7/8 different steps I finally was able to log in again. Now As of yesterday I’m noticing that when I open OnPathCU it still says “update now”which then brings you to OnPathCU Store you then have to press “Open” then the updated version comes open but you now have 3 pages open just to use one app ! So I thought maybe if I delete the old version of OnPathCU I can just download the new version of OnPathCU . NOPE you CANNOT!!! I even tried shutting my phone off and turning it back on DID NOT WORK! Now in order for me to use OnPathCU I have to go to OnPathCU Store and open it!! I don’t know how or who but this needs to be ADDRESSED QUICKLY!!!

I took OnPathCU off my phone cause it was acting dumb and now can’t even get it back one the phone......my dad always said if it’s not broke don’t fix it.....they took something that worked at least and broke it!

Doesn't let me log into my account after update. Highly annoyed.

I have not been able to access my account or get any assistance on the phone?

App has never worked before update and still doesn’t work after. Waste of time.

App used to work fine but forced me to update, locked me out of my account, and now I can’t open OnPathCU except from OnPathCU Store. Have called customer service twice and never gotten a call back after entering the queue. I have no way to access my bank account now except going to the bank

OnPathCU on my phone doesn’t work. I have to go to OnPathCU Store to use it.

Need better options to deposit money

Transitions are hard; staff is excellent! Really happy with the new app vs. the old - much better on my iPad!

Awesome update that now allows me to make external transfers!

Much more functionality than the old one, and more on the way!

Well I was going to leave a review but after reading all of the others, don’t feel the need to do so, because apparently we all are experiencing the exact same problem!🤷🏽‍♀️😳🤦🏽‍♀️

I have been banking with ASI/ OnPath for 14 years and always nice when I go in and through the drive through. And easy peasy to get a loan!!!

Would like to do a shout out to Hope, Ravin, and Donna Thibodaux Branch for their help, knowledge and patience setting up the new app for me. They are so kind and show nothing but eagerness to help me. They are truly an asset to the company.

Every time y’all do a major update, the customers suffer. I mean we Appreciate y’all keeping up with the evolving changes and doing it for us ,but we haven’t one smooth transition.From the last update I was locked out OnPathCU for months,now this update is not responding to anything I’m putting in.

Sooooo annoying. Now cannot log in at all. Cannot get emails to change user or Pw. Wish would have left well enuff alone !!!!!!

I have followed all the prompts for the new app and it will not allow me to log into my bank account. I have tried everything. Plus, I can’t get an agent to call me back. This update is terrible.

y’all never have anything working right now it’s new and it’s broke

I’m still having issues and I’ve been contact with customer support TWICE!

Love the new app, allows me to do everything I need and very easy to use.
