First let me say I’ve NEVER left a review on ANY Apps before EVER but this on is so BAD I have too! And I only gave it One star because I didn’t have the option to give ZERO STARS! OnPathFCU is complete and utter TRASH!! Everything was fine until they updated OnPathFCU! First I had an issue with logging into OnPathFCU after the update . I had to call and speak to someone have them stay on the line while I followed the instructions that were given to me . After doing about 7/8 different steps I finally was able to log in again. Now As of yesterday I’m noticing that when I open OnPathFCU it still says “update now”which then brings you to OnPathFCU Store you then have to press “Open” then the updated version comes open but you now have 3 pages open just to use one app ! So I thought maybe if I delete the old version of OnPathFCU I can just download the new version of OnPathFCU . NOPE you CANNOT!!! I even tried shutting my phone off and turning it back on DID NOT WORK! Now in order for me to use OnPathFCU I have to go to OnPathFCU Store and open it!! I don’t know how or who but this needs to be ADDRESSED QUICKLY!!!

I took OnPathFCU off my phone cause it was acting dumb and now can’t even get it back one the phone......my dad always said if it’s not broke don’t fix it.....they took something that worked at least and broke it!

App has never worked before update and still doesn’t work after. Waste of time.

App used to work fine but forced me to update, locked me out of my account, and now I can’t open OnPathFCU except from OnPathFCU Store. Have called customer service twice and never gotten a call back after entering the queue. I have no way to access my bank account now except going to the bank

OnPathFCU on my phone doesn’t work. I have to go to OnPathFCU Store to use it.

I have been banking with ASI/ OnPath for 14 years and always nice when I go in and through the drive through. And easy peasy to get a loan!!!

Every time y’all do a major update, the customers suffer. I mean we Appreciate y’all keeping up with the evolving changes and doing it for us ,but we haven’t one smooth transition.From the last update I was locked out OnPathFCU for months,now this update is not responding to anything I’m putting in.

I have followed all the prompts for the new app and it will not allow me to log into my bank account. I have tried everything. Plus, I can’t get an agent to call me back. This update is terrible.
