I have been trying since 9:00 am to get daisy on my phone to check the balance on my account. It keeps saying the person you are trying to reach is not available. I tried the 1-800 number and was again transferred to tha Harahan office and again was not able to get through. I was doing grocery shopping and had to put everything back because of the bank not working correctly. This has happened before and it’s very embarrassing to have to tell the cashier your card is not working ever since ASI changed to Onpath your system has screwed up. I have been with this credit union for many years but I am seriously thinking of going to another company

First let me say I’ve NEVER left a review on ANY Apps before EVER but this on is so BAD I have too! And I only gave it One star because I didn’t have the option to give ZERO STARS! This App is complete and utter TRASH!! Everything was fine until they updated this App! First I had an issue with logging into the app after the update . I had to call and speak to someone have them stay on the line while I followed the instructions that were given to me . After doing about 7/8 different steps I finally was able to log in again. Now As of yesterday I’m noticing that when I open the app it still says “update now”which then brings you to the App Store you then have to press “Open” then the updated version comes open but you now have 3 pages open just to use one app ! So I thought maybe if I delete the old version of the app I can just download the new version of the app . NOPE you CANNOT!!! I even tried shutting my phone off and turning it back on DID NOT WORK! Now in order for me to use the app I have to go to the App Store and open it!! I don’t know how or who but this needs to be ADDRESSED QUICKLY!!!

App used to work fine but forced me to update, locked me out of my account, and now I can’t open the app except from the App Store. Have called customer service twice and never gotten a call back after entering the queue. I have no way to access my bank account now except going to the bank

I took the app off my phone cause it was acting dumb and now can’t even get it back one the phone......my dad always said if it’s not broke don’t fix it.....they took something that worked at least and broke it!
