I kept seeing this ad on Facebook and wanted to try it. I created an account and did some “window shopping” but hadn’t actually bought anything yet. With Christmas coming up, I decided to create a wish list on here. I accessed the website using my Safari browser just fine. However, it showed that there was an app for Bloomchic. Great!
I downloaded BloomChicAReImagining and tried to sign in; it says “unidentified customer”. I tried creating a new account, thinking perhaps I was wrong about creating it, but it said I already had an account. I tried resetting the password option to set it to a password I wanted to use. It said that I couldn’t because I was already using it.
So, to summarize: I have all the correct sign in info, and yet BloomChicAReImagining (and BloomChicAReImagining alone; I tried and was able to sign onto the website) will not allow me to sign in. Because of this, I have decided that I do not want to even try your business anymore. If I have to go through all this nonsense right from the get-go, it’s just not worth it.
