False advertising to try and get people to download the app. I am a first time customer on their app. I downloaded this app to buy things for my wife. I went to make my first purchase and get that 20% off they advertised for YOUR FIRST ORDER, nope. It states "this isn't available to you" blah blah. Well, I am a first time customer to Bloomchick but most importantly this is my first purchase. No 20% off for this first app purchase for this first time customer of Bloomchick. I downloaded this app to get that 20% off. Lame, will delete after this and spread the word.

I kept seeing this ad on Facebook and wanted to try it. I created an account and did some “window shopping” but hadn’t actually bought anything yet. With Christmas coming up, I decided to create a wish list on here. I accessed the website using my Safari browser just fine. However, it showed that there was an app for Bloomchic. Great!

I downloaded the app and tried to sign in; it says “unidentified customer”. I tried creating a new account, thinking perhaps I was wrong about creating it, but it said I already had an account. I tried resetting the password option to set it to a password I wanted to use. It said that I couldn’t because I was already using it.

So, to summarize: I have all the correct sign in info, and yet the app (and the app alone; I tried and was able to sign onto the website) will not allow me to sign in. Because of this, I have decided that I do not want to even try your business anymore. If I have to go through all this nonsense right from the get-go, it’s just not worth it.

Fix your bugs, Bloomchic.

Sketchy brand, bad business practices, faulty inventory

This brand is super sketchy. I ordered some things and after a week hadn’t see roved any shipping updates despite their sight, noting things are shipped within 24 hours. When I reached out to customer support, they informed me something I bought was out of stock… So a week after I ordered I had to reach out to them for them to tell me that they messed up. I’ve had other sites accidentally sell things that were out of stock, but they immediately tell you and they don’t put it on you to follow up and figure out what went wrong. I don’t trust a brand that’s just gonna sit around with my money and not do anything, including not shipping the items that were in stock that I have purchased.
