Descargue la nueva app y todas mis reservaciones se borraron y no me permite agregarlas!

Couldn’t check in for my flight normally from my email one day before, downloaded VivaAerobus and couldn’t do it either. (Said my boarding pass was going to be at airport). Got to airport 1:40 min before my national flight and they had overbooked all flights and had nothing else for us to “buy”. Because they said we lost our initial flight by not being 2 hrs before. (Even though the flight was delayed 35 min). This is a complete scam I would strongly suggest against this company.

Al tratar de ingresar, marca error interno “no se pudo decodificar”.

I cannot add my reservation or download my boarding pass. Terrible experience

Continuamente marca error y no indica que error es… ademas no salen todos los destinos como en la pagina

No funciona la app y nadie contesta en el call center. Como hay 17 comentarios en 2 meses y 10 de ellos fueron hechos el 12 y 13 de Marzo todos con 5 estrellas y solo dos o tres palabras en el comentario. Dejen de manipular sus reviews.

Nunca había sentido tanta impotencia. Tanto en la app como online es imposible hacer check in (no es la primera vez).

I clicked on VivaAerobus and got stuck on the landing page graphic! 🤷🏼‍♂️ Couldn’t click or tap beyond it to check for flight reservations. So, I went with Volaris airlines instead.

The good: it’s easy to navigate

The bad: inaccurate and doesn’t update

We flew to Mexico with a layover in Mexico City when arriving and departing. Each time the flight was delayed (one of them for over two hours) and each time VivaAerobus gave a status of “On Time”. VivaAerobus also didn’t list the correct gates and didn’t change the gate number when there was a change. It also listed the wrong terminals.

Since four years ago, I’ve had the opportunity to travel and take many flights. Most of the flights I’ve taken were managed by low-cost airlines such as Spirit, this app, Volaris, Alaska, etc. To be honest I haven’t found an app between airlines as useful as the one from this app. I consider VivaAerobus as a “state-of-art” development.
