How to fix Viva Aerobus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Viva Aerobus app on iPhone
Update Viva Aerobus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Viva Aerobus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Viva Aerobus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Viva Aerobus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Viva Aerobus Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Viva Aerobus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Viva Aerobus App
1. On android, goto Settings » Viva Aerobus » click [Force Stop]

Update Viva Aerobus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Viva Aerobus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Viva Aerobus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Viva Aerobus.

Fix Viva Aerobus unable to contact server/ Viva Aerobus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Viva Aerobus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Viva Aerobus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Viva Aerobus
