Do not fly with this airlines they lost my luggage and when I called the customers service number, no one help me. I asked for a supervisor or manager and they keep saying they don’t have one. I waited 4 hours at the airport for the rep. To come back and help me and she never came back. I had to purchase everything for my trip since all my belongings were in my luggage. Not only they lost my luggage but I was told that I didn’t buy seats so I had to wait for another flight, that the plain was full. I asked if I can purchase them and they said No. I went online and I was able to buy seats and only like that I was able to get on the plain. I ended up spending more money since I was flying with a family of 5. BTW the airplane was so hot, small seats, no TV, and you even had to purchase the water.

They didn’t want to cancel our flight they waited at last minute to tell us they couldn’t do anything it happen to us 2 and didn’t gave us no refunds

They refused to even speak to us after we “arrived too late” for our flight. No refunds, no credits, nothing. The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

My flight has a stop over so I can’t use it to check in or for a boarding pass. I literally have no use for VivaAerobusFlights .

I planned my trip since march and very last minute they changed all my flights to different hours that didn’t work with I had already planned. Worst experience ever!!!!

Changed our flights and offered 0 compensation for booked hotel. Do not book with this airline if you’ve already booked a hotel! Terrible, cold customer ‘service.’

I downloaded VivaAerobusFlights on two devices: it doesn’t work. Website does not work. These reviews have made me think that it is a good thing I could not buy a ticket with Viva. I think I will stick with my current airlines.

VivaAerobusFlights does not refresh data. It needs to be force-quit for the data to refresh. Additionally, VivaAerobusFlights is incapable of showing digital boarding passes, even after web check-in has been completed, if the flight has a stop over.

They made us pay 2x for our carry on luggage since it wasn’t in the system when we payed at the airport! When we got to plane they took out luggage even tho it was a carry on that they made us pay extra for!! To make it worse my husband I had to sit apart after paying for tickets and buying our chair next to each other!! NEVER AGAIN THIS HAPPENED 2x WITH THIS AIRLINE!!

Cannot use online checkin with a connection 🙆🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ online checkin not much better. Only option is to print ticket or make screen shot. Screen shot cannot scan at airport 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ oh and seats don’t recline. Good luck on redeye. And airline measures backpacks 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ need to find volaris flights that meet my scheduling needs. Americans will be in for a shock unless you’ve flown spirit.

Horrible! Please go elsewhere..
Second time this “company “ has destroyed our vacation plans.
First time canceled flight while at terminal.
Two years later second time changed our flight without telling us! We had 19 family members that had to change entire vacation because of them.
Rude on phone and would only offer voucher!
You will not get refunded no matter what.
Very unprofessional!!!
Only reason we found out flight was changed was because we looked at flight three weeks before flying out and noticed everyone in our group had different flight plans!
No confirmation was given or explanation given

Don’t trust the “good” reviews, it’s a scam. They have their employees write in positive reviews.

Vivaaerobús is a waste of your money and time. Vivaaerobus will cancel your flight 1 hour before departure, and they will keep cancelling flights until they can get a full flight. Don’t bother with this airline it’s worse than a joke it’s a money pit.

If you are an American looking for flights around Latin America - try Aeromexico. They have better staff, accommodate pets safely in the cabin and offer refunds and workarounds.

I have been trying talk to customer service about Viva fan membership, at this point after 30 days that I have purchased I don’t have answer to my questions I try to use it and I call customer service and they don’t have idea how thisMembership or club or benefit works ,I really try to use it because.I thought the money I’m paying I can have some benefit but it’s worthless just like that worthless.
people don’t waste your money and your time ,because I think I just lose my Time end my money

We flew from MEX to ZIH over Christmas. It took 90 minutes to check a bag - very chaotic and poor signage and process. We had to walk a long distance between bag check and security. Flight status was not updated reliably. I recommend using a different carrier when possible

I was kind of worried about booking through them after seeing reviews. I took a chance and had a pretty pleasant experience. App was user friendly and I was even able to get info through WhatsApp (messenger app) from the airline. Pulled up my booking info and was able to check in as well! I only took a backpack as I decided to take a quick trip to Mexico to surprise my wife. Seats are nothing to write home about, don’t recline, stiff only reason not giving full 5 stars.

Mostrar sala, activación por horario o ubicación.
Tiene muchas ventajas no habilitadas que no se pueden usar cuando se viaja por su aerolínea.

They changed the ability to be able to use your boarding pass on your cellphone. Must print at the actual airport now for a fee. Just another money hungry company.

Caso , ademas que de que me reasignaron vuelo por no haber pagado asignación de boleto , lo que parece que te ahorras es una farsa terminas gastando eso o más

Horrible service

They actually weighed in our (backpacks) plus light luggage all together and told us to either leave our possessions behind or pay a fee

It is super unusual to have your backpack weigh in most airlines don’t even do that just this one

Will not be returning in the future

might as well use the website. Inputting info cause app to “load” which just spins and spins for ever then crashes. Skip VivaAerobusFlights .

If only you could access booking information done directly through Vivaerobus and retrieve it on VivaAerobusFlights that would be great, but it appears they have two different systems or something!!!! Why?????

I just downloaded and tried to create an account it said account already created which is impossible as I never used this airline. No way to proceed, really poor software. Finally got it loaded and it dropped the only flight that I have.
