I don’t know how to feel about this app. I submit maintenance request and nothing happens. It took almost 2 months to fix shower. Then 2 weeks later maintenance came in my apartment without me knowing and replaced both showerheads in both bathrooms. My request to fix my dryer has been in since March and my dryer is still broke. If I had to rate you will get zero stars.

When signing on to the app….. well that’s as far as I get. The sign on page. I put in my info and hit submit and it just spins and spins. Never signs me in. At first it took forever to finally connect and sign in. After 2 months it just spins. It’s not my connection either, because I’ve tried Wi-Fi/no Wi-Fi and it’s the same.

The app is very slow and some functionality just doesn’t work. I’ve tried setting a schedule for the thermostat a bunch of times and it always ends in an error message and not working.
