I am currently using this to make payments to my landlord for rent, cable and water bill. It could be the management not utilizing TowneResidentApp well, but instead of them adding my water bill and I make a payment on it - I have to wait until I get the water bill - then make a random payment and I can’t write a memo or categorize it.
Last month I never received a water bill so I estimated my amount. I was also charged a $3.95 processing fee. Well I underestimated, so when I made a second payment of $4, I was AGAIN charged a $3.95 processing fee. I also get charged that when I pay my rent. Someone is making $10-15 extra on my payments that is fully automated!
When I make a payment, it shows I have a zero balance so I have to enter a custom amount (the amount of my water bill). Seems like I am doing the accounting and not TowneResidentApp /apartment complex.
This could be a good app but needs some more work.
