The options for customizations on menu items are incredibly limited. The menu isn’t full and complete, seasonal items often don’t show on the menu with an option to order. Example of unavailable customizations are add ons like pickle, bacon, etc.

When you close out of BurgervilleOrdering the tracking for an order disappears and the only way to get it back is to go into transaction history, the requirement for an end user to click around through BurgervilleOrdering while waiting for their order just to view status is erroneous and don’t feel “consumer first”

Love BurgervilleOrdering ! Works well, food is always on time or early AND hot! The only bummer is that is that it limits how much you can tip the delivery person to 12% which makes me feel like a jerk when I have a small order.

BurgervilleOrdering works fine but has limited options for adding gift card balances to pay with, you also can’t check balances. , I also like to customize my food and it has limited options, such as adding lettuce and tomatoes to a double cheeseburger. It’s tough to do these things. Could be much better with those additions.

Was pretty excited to try this. There was a reward for a cheeseburger with first mobile order that said to mention the coupon. The location I went to had NO idea what I was talking about and the reward automatically deleted. No reward. Really disappointed the employees aren't honoring rewards. Glad it happened early I guess. You have to spend $50 to get enough points for a small milkshake, I would have been really mad if it had been that reward.

I just installed BurgervilleOrdering . I love the fact that Burgerville (my favorite fast-food chain) has a simple, easy-to-use app for ordering online, with perks.

However, every time I click on the Rewards section from the main menu, BurgervilleOrdering crashes. EVERY TIME!

Please fix this, otherwise BurgervilleOrdering will not last.

So I am sure not all locations are created equal, but the Dalles, location is extremely efficient with their online orders and pick up.

If you ever have an issue with your order, there is no one to call. I tried in vain to resolve an issue with my order before it was fulfilled. The store couldn’t see it because it was delivery via door dash, and I don’t have a door dash account, as the order goes through Burgerville. Now for the third time in a row our order was messed up, and Burgerville says “call door dash”, and door dash can’t help me because I don’t have an account.

Want to add something else to order? Good luck. Want it to remember the same store you always use? Tough luck. It’ll change incorrectly based on your location. Want to cancel an order? Can’t do it. I used to got to Burgerville once a week. That’s dropped down to once a month, and now to never again. The third party pick up service is also a complete joke. It’s such a relief to be able to get fast food for my kiddos with food allergies. The quality and flavor is amazing. The service is always super!

I order my burger a certain way, no spread, and confirm that it says this just before I submit the order. When I picked up my order, it had the spread on it. What gives? I reviewed my order once I got home and there was nothing to indicate that I ordered it special. This is a serious flaw in BurgervilleOrdering and needs to be fixed immediately!

Easy to order and pickup... though both pickup have been 10-15 minutes late. Also should have a custom tip option.

BurgervilleOrdering only works with some stores, but will still let you choose a location and fill out an order before letting you know that your chosen store isn’t accepting online orders. This wastes your time and is frustrating as the error given, “online ordering unavailable at this time,” is very generic and unhelpful.

If you offer large drinks, it should be an option when ordering a basket. For example I like to have fries in the regular size but a large drink. I can’t do that in BurgervilleOrdering .

Burgerville is so good. I love how they have a grass fed beef patty option, and they source ingredients seasonally.

BurgervilleOrdering is very solid. Just a couple minor feedback points for developers.

Please have a pickup option for people on foot or bike.

Please make it possible to add a patty to the No7 burger. Right now you can only substitute.

Keep up the good work. Keep innovating!

app works and looks nice- but why doesn’t BurgervilleOrdering complete the order and require you to use an internet browser or another app to complete your order? It would be ideal to just use a single app. Dozens of other fast food apps do.

BurgervilleOrdering work completely fine in all of its features, however it glitches out every time I try to open my rewards. That’s the whole reason I get BurgervilleOrdering so it’s very disappointing to not be able to get my free cheeseburger or shake.

Love burgerville and BurgervilleOrdering is decent when doing pick up. But maybe I don't live in an area that allows delivery? Hope they update BurgervilleOrdering to indicate if delivery is available for the address before I get an order loaded and my hopes up just to get the message at check out that delivery is not available.

Will not accept an order at the NE Glisan location. This reminds me of the previous version of BurgervilleOrdering . I tried ordering from the McMinnville location back in November and it also wouldn’t process the order. Why build an app and then have it not process orders? Weird and subpar

What’s the point of using it and notifying you I’m on the way and still having to wait 15 mins for the meal to come at the curbside pick up?

Ordered about 45 minutes in advance. The cashier said computer only notified them 3 minutes before pick up time (could have been an excuse and not apps fault). Order was correct but it was not ready at stated pick up time.

BurgervilleOrdering isn’t great. Won’t let me contents of orders previously placed, but happy to give me details about the location where it was ordered. Otherwise, when app works, it’s ok for placing order ahead at most locations. 92nd & Powell is the absolute slowest BV ever, literally every single time, even with BurgervilleOrdering .

Be careful if you order a salad. BurgervilleOrdering will double charge you.
