When placing an order via KneadersApp , you have two options: save your cc number with rewards, or save it without rewards. I never save my cc info anywhere, and had already declined to save it in KneadersApp and allow Visa to share my transaction activity with Kneaders. It was even more frustrating that I didn’t have the option to decline saving my cc number when placing a pickup order.
There are better ways to track customer rewards or allow people to place online orders than forcing people into divulging private and sensitive information.
The finish the experience, when I went to pick up my order at the selected time, neither my order, nor my friend’s order (placed by her separately on her device) had been received by the Kneaders location. We had the receipts via email and were able to provide proof of the transaction and show that the order was placed at the correct location, but it defeats the purpose of placing an order to pick up when the store doesn’t even get it.
Yes, you can choose to scan your receipts to get the rewards, but the process is even more involved than scanning a check for deposit for my bank. Then you have to wait a day or two for approval of your entry. It also doesn’t change the fact that in order to place an online order I was still forced to save my credit card info.

I ordered some yummy pastries on the mobile app. My order went through and I drove 30 minutes to pick up my order only to find out they were sold out of what I ordered. I had chosen the ASAP order, knowing I’d have a bit of a drive. No phone call to let me know they were out, there was plenty of time. Until they get a mobile app that lets you know if they have the product or not don’t waste your time. It has you leave your phone number for a reason. I still have not been reimbursed for my order and the online ticket said it was complete. Save yourself some time and money. Go somewhere else.

I love Kneaders! I’m a regular. I stopped back at this particular location bc I saw some jewelry previously that I wanted to buy.
I was able to find the jewelry, and also was happy to see some holiday items also for sale. As I was checking out, the attendant was not friendly AT ALL even though there was no line behind me and the restaurant was quiet. She was quite rude when I was trying to use my app and when I asked about additional discounts for damaged items. Then when I asked about the pricing for the ornaments she also curtly had her manager come over. I expressed my confusion and disappointment in how the holiday items were marked (they were labeled with the 50% already taken off instead of showing the original price AND the sign didn’t mention the 50% was already taken off), he didn’t apologize or admit that that could be confusing. In fact he didn’t say anything. He just walked away! I took my things and thanked them even though they didn’t have the decency to say anything to me. Such rudeness is appalling to me! I will never return to this location.

I downloaded KneadersApp with hopes to be able to store a gift card I received so I wouldn’t have to remember to actually carry the card. After reading the reviews I wasn’t optimistic. Sure enough, no way to store a gift card or link to frequent diner card. KneadersApp is a joke! Other apps not only offer both of these services, but also have the option to add gift cards to the Apple wallet (such as chick-fil-a or Starbucks). Don’t waste your time with this one. Deleted it 5 mins after I downloaded it. Not a good way to reward loyal customers.

First time using KneadersApp and I was impressed with the ease of use until we went to the store to pick up the order and they told us the order didn’t come through. The email confirmation of the order took 20-25 minutes to arrive also, so all we had to confirm the order was a screenshot of the basic view of the order from KneadersApp . This didn’t have the “add this but don’t add that” parts of the order on it. The store tried to wing it, but obviously got all that part wrong, then they tried to make the person that came to pick up the order pay for it again, despite the fact that I had paid for it through KneadersApp (no fault of theirs, they didn’t receive the notification of payment either). Because of this, KneadersApp is useless until they sort out the problems with transmission of the order/payment.

The food was great, the new app is not. KneadersApp currently is forcing you to enter a credit or debit account to redeem rewards. The problem I have is first, I don’t want my account info stored on another system that can be hacked and second, my wife and I have a several different accounts we may use. Are users restricted to using just one account for the reward system, or do you have to enter all of your accounts in their system?
Some may see the convenience, but I feel there should be more options for others who have multiple accounts and issues with potential security breaches.

I order from Kneaders a lot. They are usually prompt & friendly . But this location Not so much. I placed a mobile order to be ready at 8.45am I arrived at 8:50am. I Pulled up to the drive-up window & let them know I placed a mobile order. I gave my name on the order as I always do. The girl then proceeded to ask me what I ordered. So I had to pull it back up on my phone & read off my order to her. Then once I finally got my order I noticed they forgot the kids sugar cookie & the mint brownie. The girl at the window acted like I was putting her out of her way to just do her job.

That’s it hard to edit. had to delete the entire order go into my profile and update my card and then when I placed the order over I still had problems. It kept telling me the card was already registered but I had to delete it in order to update the expiration date. Other sites you can update when placing the order What a pain and by the time I fixed everything they could no longer deliver so I had to go get it. Not happy at all!

I have always loved Kneaders and the quality of their food. I absolutely love that they have an app to order from now, I order often, and that they offer delivery now too. However, lately, our orders are always wrong, something is missing, and does not match what I was charged for such as extra ingredients or dressings. You’re better off just heading straight to the store if you need a Kneaders fix. Otherwise, check everything thoroughly before you leave, especially tour receipt.

Not a fan of the new app design. MUCH easier to pick from a checklist rather than horizontally scrolling through tiles. Takes longer and you can’t see all the options as clearly. BUT the biggest issue is KneadersApp BOMBS if you reorder and there’s one little thing missing. For example, the soup on my last several orders wasn’t an option today but instead of asking me what I want to replace it with, it just takes me to an empty cart and I have to start over from scratch with all my selections. Need more intelligence there. Next time I order, I’ll probably forget that happened and end up getting an unexpected selection. It’s also not obvious from the Reorders section what is different between each order.

We received a gift card and there is absolutely no way I can enter the information or use it while checking out! Why is there no place to use it???! I can only use a saved debit/credit card. I had some bugs trying to customize my classic sandwich- I wanted a different bread and it wouldn’t give me to the option.

Please work on your app. It will not go horizontal on my iPad, says there’s a problem with my credit card when I know there isn’t, but when I try to put it in again, it won’t let me because it’s already in there, when I tried to order the special sourdough bread, it opens a new window and says I need to register and doesn’t put it with my other order, the same bread is not listed in the available breads under the bread section, there is no search feature, when I signed in it said that I got a five dollar reward which was nowhere to be found, even when looking at my history where other five dollar rewards are present, when trying to scan my credit card to put it in, it never recognized anything so I had to enter it manually. I could go on.

Don’t come often so I consider the crew working today “new.” Drive thru female went to check if there was a Raspberry Cream Pie because I asked for it. Returned because no pie. Entered store and explained no pie. Female bags a slice. Refunded me then got the whole pie I originally wanted. I NEVER SAID OR ASKED FOR A SLICE. I said “a pie.” Why not have every employee ask customer “would you like a slice or the whole pie?”
The whole point of drive-they is to avoid going inside. Kneaders foods are great!👍😊

I do a lot of business catering with Kneaders, would use my phone number attached to my account to build points. When making a purchase my points would cover my order. For instance purchasing a sandwich for eight dollars would be covered. This new app is a rip off. I will no longer use Kneaders for my business catering

I have always been pleased with the food. This time our orders were mixed up. My friend got hers first. Then mine was delivered. I made a comment that they forgot the bacon on my turkey salad. Then she said “on no, ninjas the bacon and I did not want bacon”. So our orders were mixed up.
Disappointed but the food was good.

I’ve been to many bakeries, but this one is so friendly! We came to Kneaders in Chandler for the first time today and we were greeted by our server Christine who was very friendly and the manager Carrie was also very friendly and helpful. Such great service and delicious food!!

The new app has some serious bugs. It required me to input my credit card number multiple times, my phone number multiple times, and switched my location halfway through the order. Hopefully these bugs can be ironed out.

We love Kneaders!!! I was excited to move to an online platform, but KneadersApp is not user friendly. I tried recording a purchase, and it didn’t work, and I’ve tried ordering online for a future pickup which also didn’t work, so I ended up just calling in my order. If they can fix the bugs and make it work. I’ll be happy.

We had been waiting a long time for them to come out with an app that also had a rewards program to. It finally came!! We recently discovered this and being one of our favorite restaurants KneadersApp pays off!! Plus they give you random rewards that are so worth it. Definitely recommend KneadersApp if you Love or if you even just like Kneaders!!!!!

Used KneadersApp . My husband went to get the order. Was told it would be ready at 1:00. 20 minutes later he is still sitting there and the customer that came in after him got her order and is gone. This is ridiculous!!! I want so bad to keep going to Kneaders but it’s just not worth the hassle. Very upsetting.

KneadersApp was very easy to use. I ordered my food, got the email and used the direction in KneadersApp to go get my food.

The address in KneadersApp took me to a bakery that is a COMPETITOR of Kneaders!!!!!

I got out of the Kneaders app and looked on google for a different address. The address was the same one provided in the Kneaders app. I called the location and the phone rang for about 10 mins then I hung up. I drove around the area for about 10 mins and final when into their competitor (Great Harvest) and ordered my food.

It seem like providing an accurate address to potential customers would be a top priority for a restaurant. Guess not.....

Every time I order with KneadersApp it won’t save my card info. I have to enter it each time. Huge time killer when I want a quick order and turn around.

Love KneadersApp- so easy to use. I could order my salad exactly the way l like . My kids ordered their sandwiches they way they wanted. KneadersApp gives you an amazing flexibility and choices are well categorized.

This is the first Kneaders I have been to but every time, the food has been amazing and the staff very kind. I just wish they were open on Sundays for Sunday brunch. KneadersApp is easy to use and convenient. Prices are fair but not cheap. Ingredients are fresh and I recommend their French dip!
