Hi, I just made an order on the Jollibee app but did t realize it had chosen pickup at the checkout and completed the transaction. I called to let them change to delivery for me but they said they can’t do anything about it but to contact support. The order # is 37198591069913090 From Kings Highway branch Total $43.29 Please I will like a refund since I have already placed a new order Thanks very much
FRUSTRATING! Lacking Menu Options!

You cannot order chicken strips or extra gravy unless it’s part of a family deal.
There are two 10 pc + 3 sides deals, that are almost exactly the same, except in one you order sides via a pick 3 list and another through 3 separate pick 1 lists. The pick 3 doesn’t let you order extra gravy, and the pick 1 doesn’t let you order fries.
I wouldn’t be this critical if they allowed ordering in store for take-out. But forcing us to use their new app when its this broken is ridiculous.
Missing Item on Delivery order. No Support

I ordered Jollibee and had it delivered. The Large Fries were missing. I tried to find support to let them know the fries didn’t come. There is no online support. It says to call or talk to the local store. I called the store and there is no answer. The only way to get the fries r a refund is to go to the store in Person. It defeats the purpose of why I wanted everything delivered in the 1st place!

I ordered food through the app when I arrived at the restaurant…the manager told me they had canceled my order & that my card would not be charged; a day later my card was charged for a meal I never received.
