I placed an order and got a confirmation but when I went to pick up my meal it did not go through on their end because my card was declined (maybe I put a number wrong or something). I had used a coupon so the total was like 50 cents. Staff was apologetic and asked if I wanted to re order but I had no time since I was on my lunch break. Please fix this issue on app so it can tell me wether payment went through.

I don't know if they had a team of brain damaged monkeys program this thing, or if they just bribed one of their geriatric bar flys with a free Bud Light to cobble WingsEtc together, but it is trash, a waste of memory.
It rarely works as intended, it doesn't redeem receipts properly, it's a pain to claim your rewards, the whole thing is a frustrating waste of time. Next time you make an app, just hire someone whos programing experience goes beyond that of 1980s DOS

i’m giving you two stars should only give you one actually I don’t wanna give you any, my firework there in the kitchen or wherever upfront it would upset me to get two stars so what I would do is I would make the difference OK why did I stand at that front door for seven minutes before I had to go find somebody to tell them I had a carry out ordercome on people let’s get it together. You’re scared of robots taking over your jobs. It’s gonna happen.

So my family and I went there to eat on Friday night. I scanned my receipt no issues. But then we went back on Sunday and now it tells me I can’t scan my receipt I have to wait for an 8hr period which is was 48hrs later when we went there. So I waited till 72hrs later and it still says I can’t scan them I have to wait an 8hr period!! So now I have lost out on more then likely 65-80 points on my receipts that I have bc WingsEtc is broken and won’t scan them

The food was not brought out hot. I ordered a beer to be served when my meal was brought out and it was brought out when the waitress saw fit to bring it. She was not very helpful with items we had asked for such as an extra “plate” and an additional blue cheese dipping sauce. Both items were asked for when we placed our original order. We had to wait for both which only caused our food to get colder. The wings and tots were good, but not great.

Need more gluten free options. A gf bun or lettuce wrap and or grilled items. Can’t bring whole family as there aren’t the options. Waitress was amazing

Assistant manager was out helping with an order. Amazing man who is working hard to create a great place. Way to go Marcus!

Service was awesome and the shrimp appetizer was wonderful. Best fried shrimp I have had since I was in South Carolina. The fish and chips were excellent as well!

Super birthday visit. Food was awesome but our service was even better. My wife & I really enjoyed our visit! Our waiter Mike was super!

Came in today for the first time at the Lovell Road location and DJ made us feel like family! Wings were outstanding and beer was ice cold- just the way I like it.

Are bartender was great and had lots of people to cover. Still kept up. Even the owner was helping her. Recommend go and eating in the bar!

Incredible experience! Laura provided excellent customer service. The food was hot and fresh, and the environment was spotless. Service was quick, and the staff was fun and friendly. A truly relaxing evening!

I think it’s great, and it has everything you could imagine. It has great food me personally my favorite is the, Mild 10 Wings With, Ranch and Celery. I think you should try it some time!
