Downloaded multiple times and can’t get past the preferred location screen. I’m going to eat somewhere else that I can order on a mobile app during a pandemic.

I’ve been using WingsandRings for several years now and all of the sudden it’s asking me to confirm details. Nothing has changed on my end. WingsandRings will not get past this page to place an order or check rewards.

I can only see half of WingsandRings screen. Can’t view menu or rewards just a brown half screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled doesn’t fix the problem. iPhone 11 max.

Won’t let me sign in to my account .. keeps telling me I have to pick a location .. but there isn’t anywhere to pick a location till you sign in .. worst app I have ever used

I’ve got to be honest. Are use food apps a lot, this Hass to be hands-down the worst app for ordering food I have ever used. When you put something in your cart and you forget something else you go back, it’s like starting a new order all over it doesn’t save your card at all. So when you go to the review, you better make sure you have everything in your car and you don’t forget anything. Like I said, worst app I have ever used.

I tried to use WingsandRings to order from instead of the website (which also not functioning). However, WingsandRings still cannot be used for its most basic function: ordering. Fix this.

I’ve used WingsandRings to order lunch for work for a few years without any problems. I tried to put in an order a few weeks ago and WingsandRings would not progress past the item chosen and wouldn’t save options. After several tries I uninstalled and reinstalled WingsandRings . WingsandRings is now stuck on the “Confirm” page and will not save my information. I’ve shut down WingsandRings and reopened, and brought back to the same “Confirm” page. Help!!!

You might as well just drive to the restaurant or pick another business. Will be faster and easier. 70% of the time your order will just not go through. Sorry guys.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled WingsandRings numerous times because I can’t get past the info verification screen even after re-keying the information numerous times. Ridiculous . Apparently they don’t want my money.

New user logged in got everything going got frozen on a location and has never ever fixed itself. I had to delete the whole app so until they fix this, no wanna be able to order off WingsandRings just sad.

Try to open app and Sign In with Apple and gives me an error every time. Seems you guys need to fix your app before you tell people to use it.

We love this place to go eat and go often, but WingsandRings DOES NOT WORK!!! We are missing out on special deals and it’s very upsetting. I have asked your employees and they can’t even get it to work!!! Please help and fix WingsandRings. Thank you Melinda Hoppenjans

I tried to pay through WingsandRings and it kept on saying please provide a make for your order. Frustrating I tried using multiple cards and restarted WingsandRings . Could even order through WingsandRings . Last time I was able to order through WingsandRings but that was on an older phone and about a year ago.
Hope you guys can fix it.

Why can’t I get passed the personal information page, when trying to confirm on the bottom of the page, nothing happens, I’m trying to register points

One star until this is fixed. WingsandRings was working great on my previous phone, but when I got my new phone, it wouldn’t recognize my log in information. When I sent the request to change my password on email, the email never arrived and have tried several times since then with no response. The manager at my local store said he was going to find a way to reach out, but nothing has come of it.

Please get back to me on this ASAP

WingsandRings is poorly made. I click on options for food and it takes me to the wrong page. Needs lots of work as well as the website. Call to order to save yourself time.

I went to use WingsandRings , and it asked me to confirm my information, which I did. I clicked on confirm, and it did nothing but appear to be moving to the next screen. I erased every line on my information. Re-typed everything in again, and it still would not let me access. I uninstall WingsandRings and reinstall WingsandRings , and I still cannot get past the confirm my details. I am getting emails saying I missing out on points because I do not add them to my app. Obviously I cannot do that at this point. I would love to be able to access his app so let me know what I need to do. Thank you.

WingsandRings is ridiculous. We have a bunch of $25 gift cards, but if your gift card isn’t more than the total you can’t use it. So we end up calling the restaurant to place our orders, which wastes your associates time and costs your franchisees money. Seriously, spend some time and fix this and let your associates know you appreciate them, save your company money, and save your customers a lot of time and frustration.

I hit confirm, swipe, touch all over the screen, update information, delete information but nothing gets me beyond the confirmation page so WingsandRings is entirely useless to me.

Can’t sign in try to do new password doesn’t work

Love to the food and atmosphere... but the rewards part of WingsandRings hardly ever works. Why offer rewards if you cannot scan the receipt??

There’s no way to enter my barcode from my receipt if I forgot my phone. And it would be nice to be able to order ahead on WingsandRings and be able to pay cash when I arrive. Maybe limit the amount you can order with cash payment on pickup? You’ll take my order over the phone for a cash pickup but not on WingsandRings ?

WingsandRings is well designed and fluid. Makes it very easy to order however I ended up not ordering on WingsandRings and calling in instead because there is no way to edit any of the items. Couldn’t edit to be no blue cheese crumbles on buffalo chicken dip. Couldn’t select multiple sauces when ordering 20 boneless wings. Couldn’t add sides of sauce. Couldn’t add any instructions to order. If these features were added it would make ordering a lot easier.

Can’t scan receipts, can’t figure out how to give permission. When I click the scan button it goes to a screen telling me to allow camera permission and the screen is locked so I have to close WingsandRings . Worked fine with my iPhone 6s but doesn’t work with SE 2020. Go to WingsandRings in settings and there is no camera access to allow or deny. Contacted support twice in the last month with no reply.

When I open WingsandRings it asks me to confirm my details, no matter how many time I click confirm it stays stuck on this page. Have deleted and reinstalled it many times.

My first visit to Buffalo Wings & Rings. With a group of 14 people. We all signed up for WingsandRings . Several of us received a free appetizer, several of us did not! Very confusing!!!

Trying to place an order for wings and I press Add to Bag and it takes me back to the previous page where I have to hit add to bag again and then takes me back to the previous screen and I have to hit add to bag a third time to get my wings added to my cart?? i go to edit an item and after pressing the pencil I realize it’s the pencil for the item below it. Too much white space between pencil and price. Confusing user interface.

I love your food and am supporting my local franchise during Covid19. That said I can’t add a tip to my takeout orders in WingsandRings and I don’t carry cash to give at the store. Your employees are performing a valuable service during difficult times while putting themselves at risk. Please add a tipping feature ASAP.

I was not happy with the appetizer sampler. When I open the box, it was all just thrown in the fried pickles were soggy and gross. The other items were fine. I just had to pick through to find things. presentation was awful. ended up throwing most of it away.

I love Wings and rings! I don’t like WingsandRings the past month because you try and order, but you can’t choose a sauce! Seriously? Fix WingsandRings!

App works ok except when trying to scan receipt it locks up saying camera is required to use. I have it enabled but always have to manually enter receipt due to scanner issue. Fix this and it’s a 5 star rating

We had an excellent experience!

We stopped I. The bar to catch a quick dinner! Our bartender did a fantastic job…food was good..hot and came out quickly!

Liv served us and I must say I was blown away. On top of our order and the half Italian/half Swedish ventriloquist performance really elevated our experience, can’t wait to come back next week for bowling pin juggling and terrific bird!

I log in and it just takes me to screen that says it will contact me with deals. Can’t order can’t scan receipts for points.

I and my friend come to this establishment about 3 times a week. We love this place and the employees. We are treated like family and are very comfortable coming in here. I don’t go out to eat or have drinks by myself as some girls do not, I am comfortable enough and have no problem coming in here by myself and treated wonderfully by all employees here.

We’ve read mixed reviews on the Frankfort Wings and Rings and decided to check it out. Logan, our server, is definitely one of the all-time best! I wanted a cocktail but couldn’t decide between several and he recommended the blueberry lemonade with Tito’s vodka. It was absolutely delicious! We ordered onion rings as an appetizer and they were served within minutes. The chicken sandwich was perfect - the bun was buttered and grilled, which makes a huge difference to a blah bun in my opinion. My sandwich came with the right amount of dill pickles and a spicy mayo that had a nice amount of heat without being over the top. The hand cut French fries were good but nothing beats Penn Station fries, IMO. All in all, an excellent experience and we will be back!

Danielle is the best waitress I have ever had! She is delightful and works so hard to make our experience perfect! The bartender is also amazing at this location. Fantastic!!!

Brandon is the best server!! He is amazing! We come every week just for Singo to have him!! 😁😁
