I ordered 2 combo fries and both barely had any chicken and fries in it with it only being half the size of the box. Terrible food service.

The title pretty much says it all. ADD APPLE PAY AS A PAYMENT OPTION!!!! Putting a credit card in every time is annoying

I am in front on the restaurant and and says not restaurant near me. I say my location is California and still says the same.

I was able to order epic wings a while ago, but these last couple of months I wasnt able to. I would like to order and when I arrive it was ready. But now EpicWings wouldn’t take any type of payment. I would call but its an inconvenience to unable to see the menu. And now when I try to add additional information it wont let me saying “This mobile is in use”. Of course its in use, i’m trying to add information.

EpicWings is difficult. It makes offers it does not fulfill. Right away two things offered were not given. I deleted and won’t ever patronize this company.

Title says it all. EpicWings won’t launch. Just crashes. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same result.

I’m tired of downloading apps that require me to login and then they don’t like my password and I have to reset my password and then it doesn’t like that one. So secure I can’t access any functionality.

Update in July of 2022 is bad. Can’t personalize order as previously. Can’t login into new rewards account in app. Only online. If I don’t want veggies, it will reject the order and force me to order.

I made a purchased and unfortunately forgot to scan my rewards and it was the day it was double points and when I asked the lady i forgot to scan can she do it she advised she couldn’t help. I was okay with it because I could’ve spoke to someone in customer service on EpicWings but no option. That’s all

EpicWings is garbage. Can’t add on extra sauces. Can’t order the new combos. Time for an update!!!

It doesn’t give you as many options of mixing things up like you can if you go in or call. You can’t even select more than 1 sauce option on the family pack. Had to call in my order.

Please work on your checkout. You can’t stay consistent on saving cards nor do you allow to split between cards. Was a hassle checking out.

Doesn’t save cards, can’t find saved favorites to re-order.

EW is running an ad for free pizza sticks with a 20+ dollar order. There is no where to enter promo codes at check out.

I went on opening day and the menu was a little confusing but I finally got my order for 2 about $40 later. I have to admit, the wings were so good and big, the bread rolls were amazing and fresh and huge. The wings had just the right amount of sauce. So I would give this a 5 stars on Saturday (opening day-Northridge Ca). I wanted to take my family out to dinner tonight and I recommend this place, got there and ordered, the special was epic fries for $7 the cashier didn’t even offer, I had to tell her about the special, she did take $2 off, I don’t even know if it ended up $7. We got our order to go, got home, the bread rolls were small like like Olive Garden rolls, toooo much sauce the wings were swimming in the sauce, the wings were smaller, the sauce was seeping through the container all over the bag. Not sure if I would go again unless maybe if they changed back to how it was on Saturday. Thank you SS

It’s usually a better deal to go in the store and order than use EpicWings .

It doesn’t have have the combo meals to order the drinks.

It doesn’t even let you add a soda if you want. The only option is bottled water.

So EpicWings is ok except they don’t have a away to contact them. I ordered picked up food then realized an item was missing when I was already home. I called them to get a refund for the missing item. I was told to contact customer service online like there’s no customer service online 🤦🏻‍♀️. I’ll be sure to check whenever I get food picked up.

Disappointed today that I couldn’t customize my order. I like ordering my wings with Garlic Mild Sauce but there was no way to leave a customized instruction. I hope the next update brings that option back.

I order the wings and the tenders both very good! The sauces have a good flavor and the blue cheese is the best. The breadsticks are like Olive Garden but better- I am glad to finally have a good wing place & ordering with EpicWings is really easy.

I absolutely hate not being able to phone in my orders. Thinking of just not ordering your food anymore.

The good days , when wings and things didn’t sell out , a single meal was under $10 , a kids meal was still a hidden available item … the sauce hit diff and the fries were always fresh, man the memories …. Epic wings will never be wings and things 😵‍💫😪

This location in Long Beach are the best, excellent customer service and the food amazing and everyone who works here are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this location in Long Beach 👍👍👍👍👍👍

the wings are excellent and EpicWings is done well.
