Does not tell you if payment went through

I placed an order and got a confirmation but when I went to pick up my meal it did not go through on their end because my card was declined (maybe I put a number wrong or something). I had used a coupon so the total was like 50 cents. Staff was apologetic and asked if I wanted to re order but I had no time since I was on my lunch break. Please fix this issue on app so it can tell me wether payment went through.

I don't know if they had a team of brain damaged monkeys program this thing, or if they just bribed one of their geriatric bar flys with a free Bud Light to cobble this app together, but it is trash, a waste of memory.
It rarely works as intended, it doesn't redeem receipts properly, it's a pain to claim your rewards, the whole thing is a frustrating waste of time. Next time you make an app, just hire someone whos programing experience goes beyond that of 1980s DOS

So my family and I went there to eat on Friday night. I scanned my receipt no issues. But then we went back on Sunday and now it tells me I can’t scan my receipt I have to wait for an 8hr period which is was 48hrs later when we went there. So I waited till 72hrs later and it still says I can’t scan them I have to wait an 8hr period!! So now I have lost out on more then likely 65-80 points on my receipts that I have bc the app is broken and won’t scan them
