How to fix JOKR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the JOKR app on iPhone
Update JOKR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall JOKR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix JOKR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve JOKR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

JOKR Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix JOKR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the JOKR App
1. On android, goto Settings » JOKR » click [Force Stop]

Update JOKR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear JOKR App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » JOKR » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart JOKR.

Fix JOKR unable to contact server/ JOKR internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click JOKR » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto JOKR » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch JOKR
