JOKR - Fast Grocery Delivery Reviews

This service is a life saver for my immunocompromised, mobility challenged elderly parents. My mom has had one hip replaced and my dad has had both. Additionally they both have emphysema from living and smoking in NYC for their whole lives (or at least since they were teens). For them, going across the street to the bodega is at best physically taxing, and at worst a matter of life and death. That’s where this app has been a godsend! The selection is unbeatable, with many health-conscious and vegan options (not just convenience store junk food items like some of the competitors), and the orders come so fast. My parents probably couldn’t get across the street and back as quickly as their this app order comes. Best of all, the majority of the riders have been so friendly and polite. My mom says they have better manners than me!

Amazing app. JOKR itself is really easy to use, and the prices for the food costs as much, most times even less, than your local grocery store. There is a chat system to communicate with the staff, and they are all super polite and cheerful. The goods arrive less than 15 minutes to your door, in perfect condition and ECO- friendly packaging. They included a thank you note, as well as a free sea salt and dark chocolate chocolate bar, AND a birthday cake milk bar. The service, app, staff, cheerfulness and extra goodies made my day!! I was super impressed, my delivery was at my door in under 12 minutes. This alone blows my mind. My 15 ordered items were in perfect condition and the friendly personal thank you note on the grocery bag, made my day.
I really appreciate the high quality items available for purchase, especially all the vegan-friendly ones. The prices were also not higher than if I went to my local store, which is incredible since theres no added delivery fee!!!? Love it, thank you!

Let me start by saying I have never wrote a review before but after what happened merely minutes ago, I had to. I ordered about 70 dollars worth of groceries which is a lot of food, behold 13 minutes later it’s all at my door? When I opened the bags I saw they gave a piece of chocolate and a cookie with a heart warming handwritten message and my heart melted. I don’t know what wizardry they do to make all this work in such a short amount of time but they have a lifetime consumer from now on.

This application does give users options to control settings or opt out of promotional push notifications, which are sent daily. I spoke to customer service and requested to opt out of marketing notifications-twice- and was twice assured that they would stop. I continue to receive them daily. The only way to turn it off is to decline ALL push notifications, which makes the user experience of actually ordering poor.

Inability to allow users to opt out of marketing and continuing to contact customers who have requested to be removed are two violations of customer protection laws.

Spent 45 min setting up a grocery order. Even after $50 off the pricing was steep but that’s fine, you pay for convenience. I worry that with the high pricing people will tip the drivers less. There should be a minimum driver tip. Anyways, I got to check out and there was an error after putting in my debit card. I put in the info again making sure it was right and same thing. No option for Apple Pay which is the most sensible route. I tried closing it out like they said to try again and my entire grocery list was gone. JOKR wasted my time and saving time was the whole point. Never again.

Total this app convert! Never thought I’d be one to do all my grocery buying online but have to say that it’s just impossible to deny how convenient it is to be able to order anything I need and have it arrive at my door in 15 mins. Spending less money, wasting less food, stressing less. What more can I say. Lol well I guess I CAN also say that this app inventory and delivery guys are way better than Gorillas, Fridge no More, & 15/20… JOKRing forever <3

I have been using this app for several months to order everything from chocolate bars to toilet paper. They have never gotten an order wrong and are always at my door in 15 min or less! I love their vast selection of brands and can always find my favorite Chobani creamer and Olipop sodas. Their service is so good that I’ve stopped going to Duane Reade even though it’s down the block from me!

I love going into JOKR and seeing the group content they create daily. I get my order on time and In full, and it’s been a game changer for my busy schedule. I don’t see a need to go to whole foods or Trader Joe’s anymore. I can order as much as I want as often as I want and get it all organized. This will be the death of in person grocery shopping and I love it

I started using this app some months ago and how often use it 4-5 times a week, if not every day. this app’s speedy delivery service is almost too good to be true.

I get my groceries and supplies delivered to me when I’m at home, while getting snacks and beverages delivered to me when I’m at work.

I’ve never written an app review, but JOKR is the real deal in the Upper West Side. Ordered groceries and started a stop watch on my phone. Groceries were at my door in 14 minutes and 45 seconds. The grocery options are very limited but can get you through lost situations. I ordered 16 items including produce and was happy with all of it. Will use again and again and again.

App is easy to use and delivery is quick however, I wish that for a vegan products (when I search vegan) vegetarian items also show that include egg and dairy and there’s no way to know this because it does not list the ingredients or gage a picture of label so I Accidentally ordered in MorningStar product I had to return after delivery,

I got JOKR at the urging of friends upon its conception, and I was extremely pleased and impressed with the speed of service, ease of navigation on JOKR itself, and the variety of options available to order. I highly recommend utilising this app’s services if you live in Manhattan, it’s very useful and easy.

I’m so obsessed, the prices are generally amazing for most products and on top of that they often have things on sale. I got coconut oil 70% off and many other items for just cents. Not to mention they’ve never taken more then 10 minutes to get to my apartment, Already recommended to my roommates and family!! Thanks this app!!

I’ve tried a number of the fast delivery services in NYC and this one is by far the worst. I’ve had missing items in almost every single order I’ve placed, they regularly don’t reach me within 15 minutes and I’ve even had issues with orders never showing up after I’ve placed them because they “have no record of my order,” even though it’s shown up on my CC statement. Do yourself a favor and delete JOKR and try a different delivery service if you want something that is actually reliable.

This is why I hate apps that are all cool and millennial. Why does JOKR not allow you to speak to anyone for support? Just “hey read this page if you’re having trouble” and these pages don’t answer my question. What then, you may ask? Oh well then, you could always tweet at them BECAUSE THERE IS NO HUMAN WAY TO CONTACT A HUMAN. JOKR is just bots all the way down. I wish I could say more but honestly JOKR was over before it started. Sad, because it’s a good idea. I hope the next hot new app gets it right.

this app is great! My orders always arrive extremely quickly and they are very diligent about getting everything correct. The selection of food is pretty vast compared to other quick delivery apps and they have a section for local favorites. Will continue to use!!

I love this app. It has been gamechanging and totally changed my grocery shopping experience. I love it’s unique selection as compared to other apps and it’s saved me so much time from going to the grocery store, even for all my fresh fruits and veggies. I hope they keep adding even more products!

I am extremely impressed with the service I got from this app, they’ve constantly delivered my order in under 10 minutes, the staff is courteous and the assortment is great. I keep recommending it to all my friends because I can’t say enough good things about it.

Such a user friendly, amazing app. Reminded me of so many things I needed, from groceries to cleaning supplies to feminine products. Prices are on par with what you see in stores and many are discounted. And delivery is so quick. My new fave app

They really do deliver in 15 minutes and have a great selection. I’ve compared prices to Fresh Direct and they are the same, sometimes cheaper. I hope this catches on as it’s a great service!

Si i installed JOKR on my iPhone 11 and when it ask me to point the door I try to choose it but I always get the we’re not delivery to this location message , it doesn’t matter what place I pick I always get this message I wish the developer look into this I have my hopes really high for JOKR
