Fix e-TOLL PL not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the e-TOLL PL App
1. On android, goto Settings » e-TOLL PL » click [Force Stop]

Update e-TOLL PL to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear e-TOLL PL App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » e-TOLL PL » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart e-TOLL PL.

Fix e-TOLL PL unable to contact server/ e-TOLL PL internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click e-TOLL PL » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto e-TOLL PL » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch e-TOLL PL
