Won't let me log in. Keeps saying my info is wrong
I cannot log into the app. I keep getting an error message that says; "Something went wrong. Please try again later. If you keep getting this message, give us a call. " I have a Samsung Galaxy A12.
My app has been down all day and I have been unable to check information upcoming rides nor can I post new reservations.
Modivecare app isn't loading my rides
I use modivcare. I have rides scheduled everyday this month unable to cancel the rides I don't need on the app. This problem started about two three weeks ago. I use to be able to go thru lyft app and cancel rides ahead of time can't even do that anymore as they changed the layout starting 2024.
Can not get this app to work! Have a ride WED.DECEMBER 20,2023 BUT—— can see anything in writing NO. WE ARE OLD AND AFRAID THEY WONT COME AND GET US AND BRING US HOME! HARD TO TALK TO A HUMAN OR GET THE APP TO WORK!
My modivcare app hasn’t worked for 3 weeks now. It lets me login, however I cannot view my past or present rides status. I tried updating the app, resetting my password, resetting my phone and updating my IOS. I really could use some assistance please. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
Trips that are planned through the App after appearing as PENDING for a while become DENIED??? When calling Customer Service, the Representative does not see the trip despite having a confirmation number. A real disaster. . Very upset.
