Their products are amazing, but you can’t justify buying anything from them with the customer service they provide. The customer service is absolutely awful, at best. They are absolutely terrible when it comes to finding a package that has been sitting around for a long time. They blame everything that goes wrong on the shipment process, as if they are too good to make mistakes. As others have said, they censor the crap out of the Facebook group and that’s not right. This company used to have STELLAR customer service. Now? It depends on what way the wind blows.

DAC is a company that is 100% not transparent. They have a Facebook page which they censor with an iron fist. If a customer dares to question a product or leave a bad review the people running their page will immediately remove you and block you. When asked for reasons for their decision they do not respond. This has happened to many, many people and it is now apparent that they have a lot to hide. If you check them out under the better business bureau you will find that this type of complaint is very common. It is a shame because their product used to be quite good but product is not the only aspect of customer experience. Censorship is never ok and if a company doesn’t agree with a customer there are ways to perhaps approach the situation. Diamond Art Club got too big for their own heads and it is clear that they do not how to treat their customers well. Buyer beware. I recommend Dreamer Designs because their customer service experience is much more transparent.

Go online and read their reviews on trust pilot, BBB, complaints board, etc. This company has great products sure, but I think there’s plenty of people who find a company’s ethics and their treatment of customers more important than the quality of what they’re selling. Their customer service reps are literally unhinged - completely deleting customer accounts and blocking them on social media for voicing *one* concern/complaint. Loyal customers. Ones who’ve spent hundreds/thousands on products and then have their entire accounts deleted because they had one bad order experience or wanted to provide some negative feedback regarding one aspect of their company. I think it’s safe to assume the owner Angie is aware of this and is completely fine with it too. They’re not a huge company - It seems this is just their “strategy” - Avoidance, deflection, out of sight out of mind, denial. A literal basket case of a company.

I called them out publicly via social media that they are selling and licensing an inaccurate portrayal of a popular holiday and an important day to the people of Ireland and people of Irish heritage. If one wants to abbreviate St. Patrick’s Day, it’s St. Paddy’s not St. Patty. I told them that the business and artist should have done their research before producing and selling the artwork. Instead of realizing they made an “oops” they kicked me out of their VIP group, blocked me on Facebook and Instagram, AND deactivated my account on their website such that I cannot login, buy, or access my rewards that I rightfully earned from previous purchases. How does that make sense? Apparently it’s ok to insult the Irish and punish anyone who calls you out on it.

I want to like DiamondArtClub , but like the website itself, it is slow to load everything. Also, I don’t know if the website works the same as DiamondArtClub , but in DiamondArtClub , you CANNOT both sort AND filter. If you filter the list of items, and then try to sort those filtered results, your filter is removed. If you sort the items, then try to filter the sorted list, the sorting is undone. Literally just about every other shopping website on the internet allows you to apply BOTH sorting AND filtering to their merchandise listing, which is EXTREMELY handy. Why is this not true of Diamond Art Club? Even tiny “mom and pop” stores allow this functionality, and Diamond Art Club is MUCH larger than a mom-and-pop shop. I’ve been going to craft stores in person to get my kits instead, since search functionality is so…underwhelming, and the majority of the time, those kits are NOT from Diamond Art Club. So this crappy app is literally losing them potential business from at least THIS user!

While I love that DAC licenses the art and gives artists much needed love, I must say that I got into diamond painting late and most of the kits that I want are either archived or forever lost in restock limbo. Despite that, I have only 1 complaint; the last update bugged the wishlist tab. Every time I try to open it, I get an error page on DiamondArtClub . I can’t see or edit any of my wishlist items. I hope this gets fixed soon because there are some kits I no longer want. (Edit) I also hope that DAC puts in a new feature that will allow fans to follow their favorite artists and get updates whenever they bring in a new kit.

I love the quality products from the Diamond Art Club. Because of the consistency in quality and customer service, I keep purchasing for myself and also buying for others as gifts. I have noticed that after I diamond paint, the next few days I have really good focus at work and in conversations. This seems to help my ADHD brain.

Seamless and easy to navigate the site. Being a returning customer made the process extremely quick and efficient. From selecting the products to purchase to checking out, took less than a minute! I’m happy DAC has saved my payment method and address as all I had to do was verify the information and click on the submit

I have been doing Diamond art since the fall of last year when I had Covid. I was sitting in my room bored out of my mind, and I had the coffee cup one, and having been doing them ever since. I can’t get them often because they are expensive, so I really only get the ones on sale. Today I bough one because I had a coupon. But I will continue to buy when I can!

I have it 4 stars out of 5 bc it don’t show if it’s round or square like the website shows when scrolling. It would love it if DAC would show that. You have to click on the picture to see if it’s round or square, the back out. Sometimes it sends you back to the very top of the page instead of where you left off.
I love that feature.

So far these diamond paintings have been my favorite. They are so beautiful and such good quality. You get a lot of extra diamonds. The only downfall is how often paintings are sold out and it takes a while to get them back in stock. DiamondArtClub is also super easy to navigate and I love how everything is split up into categories even low stock and pending restock. Being able to use Sezzle and after pay is also a plus!

Started my 2nd diamond art from you. It's square beads and I was nervous but it's turning out beautifully!! I have so many more I will be purchasing in the near future! Love this club! Pics attached : left Pic bottom row done. Middle Pic is finished Pic and 3rd Pic is half done. Took me 3 1/2 months as the biggest I've done and 2nd time doing square diamonds. I'm on to another with square diamonds and moving much faster than this picture and the current Pic is 89 by 70 cm where betrayal was 70 by 70 cm! DAC is addicting and I keep going bigger paintings each time to push myself! The 'Artemisa" DP is next at 56 by 104cm!! With 91,286 beads. Will keep buying from you. Your canvases are 100% better than any other site I've tried. Clear symbols and super shiny beads! Your rewards program is awesome too!

I am extremely happy with my project. I want my daughter and to share the same hobby. She has been member for quite awhile and absolutely love your kits.
I just recently received my first kit. I absolutely enjoy making it. It truly is very relaxing and it is much easier than latch hooking. Plus it doesn’t take up very much space.
I will be definitely get more kits in the future.

I have been around the block with different brands and kits and just overall trying to get the best canvas for the price. I have yet to find anything better than DAC. Quality and consistency and variety. This is where it’s at. Price wise they are a little more spendy but in the end it’s well worth it for the outcome. You will get a beautiful piece of art that is gorgeous, sturdy, will stand the test of time and something you will want to hang on the wall or share for others. If I could stand on a soapbox and be a panhandler for DAC kits I probably would.

When I started diamond painting three years ago I didn’t know about DAC. I used two other suppliers. One day I needed to know how to do something so I YouTubed it and caught a video that had some DAC paintings I thought were beautiful. I ordered my first one and was hooked, the quality of the canvas and drills were far superior! Recently I was asked to do a gift for someone ( not DAC ). The canvas is in poor shape with wrinkles and some spots of glue are questionable so I’ve just ordered some glue, something I’ve passed on before because I’ve never needed it. Thank you Diamond Art Club!!

I hate to admit it but, yes I tried a competitor who advertises diamond art. But don't fool yourself. There are even close to being the same !! I guess as a shopper I did the right thing by checking out the competition. Let me tell you, it doesn't even come close to the packages you get from the Diamond Art Club. The quality on everything is better and you get a little bit more of just everything. I'll never make the mistake again and go elsewhere again. Can't wait for my new order to come in. I just finished my last one, framed it and it's amazing. ❤️ Joi Boston

I have found the Diamond Art Club to have the very Best in quality. My family (6 of us), have found time to give this to ourselves therapeutically and for sheer enjoyment. I must say our elbows are getting sore as we all work on our paintings daily. I recommend getting a compression elbow sleeve and then take breaks every hour you work to rest your elbow. This way will give you more flexibility to do more, and with the quality of these paintings, you may want to do them every waking hour when you have or make the time! DAC has great quality products. I found out about you because I was using a different company. When I received a product and the canvas was not in the box. The box was not damaged or opened. I call them and said that I had to reorder the product again. They said they couldn’t help me. That’s when I ordered the same product from you and I was impressed. The price is a little high but worth every penny. I’m really glad I found you. The only thing is I applied for military discount and wrote the numbers and letters and it says that the number is incorrect. Is there a way I can get my numbers? I have been diamond painting for 6 years, which helps me greatly with my ADHD and anxiety. I have tried a few other Diamond Painting companies diamond paintings over the years and Diamond Art Club is absolutely the best Diamond company around. The customer service, canvas quality , drills, accessory products, and artwork is absolutely the best you can find. Diamond Art Club has been my main Diamond Painting company to buy my diamond paintings from since 2018. I recommend DAC to all my friends who either Diamond paint or are interested in getting started in diamond painting. Overall DAC has the best overall DP artwork designs, customer service, canvases, and accessories available!

DAC is top tier diamond paintings!!! I love having DiamondArtClub and the fact that it makes to so easy to shop and browse. Yes they are pricey and I don’t get to order as much as I would like but they are definitely worth the money. The quality of the canvas and drills make them easy to work with. They make sure the canvas size is perfect to get the best quality outcome of the finished painting. You want DiamondArtClub and you need to seriously consider trying this company. They are so far superior to any other brands out there. You will NOT be sorry! They are everything!!
