Do not fall for the free trial desertcart offers. I was an idiot doing it so no I'm taking the time to warn others about it. I tried to cancel it online before they charged me the full amount of nearly 700 aed. I thought I could trust the App and that I won't get charged after trying to cancel it. After speaking to the helpline they informed me that they do not do any refunds. Companies like this do not deserve to be supported amd I would urge you to spent your wellearn d money somewmer else with a company that looks after their customers

This was a complete blindside, and I was appalled at their underhanded approach. When I attempted to contact customer service to rectify the situation, I was met with a wall of indifference and hostility. My emails were either ignored or met with generic responses that failed to address my concerns. Their representatives were dismissive and unapologetic, leaving me feeling utterly helpless. The lack of communication and transparency is truly disheartening. They operate with a veil of secrecy, making it nearly impossible for customers to seek clarification or resolve issues. Their website is poorly designed and user-unfriendly, further compounding the frustration. I urge anyone considering using Desertcart.ae to exercise extreme caution. Their business practices are highly questionable, and their customer service is abysmal. I have had the misfortune of using Desertcart once and never again. Be careful when you ship with this company. I got automatically billed for 12 months at a cost of €179 without any communication from them 😡

However, feeling uneasy about the situation, I contacted them the following day, and another agent named Shiva informed me that the refund was in progress. Despite this assurance, 12 days have passed without any communication or refund. When I sought further clarification from Desert Cart, a person named Abdelrahman Ahmed unsympathetically informed me that they will not be refunding my money because I allegedly chose the Pro service. However, I explained that I never intentionally chose the Pro service, but rather the price changed automatically to 699 AED when I selected the item. His response was that he couldn't do anything about it. I am certain that the price change is intentional, likely to charge customers the higher amount of 699 AED. This incident serves as a firm warning against making purchases from Desert Cart, as their actions strongly suggest fraudulent activities.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a transaction I made on your Mobile App. While placing an order, I was accidentally charged for a PRO membership due to the abundance of information on the page and at that time I didn't notice it. As a longstanding and professional App, I did not expect to encounter such fraudulent activities where customers are misled into purchasing additional services. While I understand that adding the PRO membership during the payment process may be a promotional technique, it has left me feeling betrayed and untrusting of your App. This experience has made me hesitant to return for future shopping or recommend your site to others. To rectify this issue, I suggest that you waive the PRO membership payment and instead charge for the delivery fees. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could remove my card details from your Application and your database to prevent any further unauthorized transactions. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to regain my trust and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I would request you to please refund my amount.

Desertcart has no credibility in delivery and shipping goods. I have ordered my items and they've been postponing and delaying the delivery on and on for over a month. Whenever I contacted their Customer service, they told me to ignore the tracking screen and dates and they confirmed that the items will be delivered on time but unfortunately the goods have not been delivered. I don't recommend desertcart at all.

AVOID, dont trust Desercart! I ordered Nisekoi Vol 13 in english and paid quiet a lot for it. I went on live chat and asked if it was really BRAND NEW as they were selling it, asked for photos and looked okay, but not new. They assured me it was new. So I ordered. A few days later they emailed me saying it is not brand new and if I still want to proceed. I said, sure, i knew it wasnt brand new, it is out of print. Couldnt possible be brand new. After that, they emailed me another 8x asking me if i wanted to proceed. I replied all of them, Yes please. 1 month later the manga arrives and it is the italian version, I go on the live chat and they dont have the english version anymore and refuse to give me a refund for THEIR mistake. They also cant put me through a manager on live chat and keep telling me lies like: "you will receive an confirmation email of your refund" just to send me away.

Absolutely shameless company and extremely rude customer support, SUFIYA. I paid for an order I never received and they blocked my account as well as chat. I'll be filing a case with consumer court and local cops.

Purchased 6 GB memory Ram for Apple iMac - OWC 6GB (2GB + 4GB) PC6400 DDR2 800MHz SO-DIMMs for a 2008 IMac. I ordered the product to improve the speed on my old IMac on April 4 2022. They took my credit card info and set a delivery date of April 19. On the 19th, no one came all day as both I and my son were at home. On the 20th, I checked the tracking and it stated that it was delivered on the 19th @ 11:37am. When I inquired, Desertcart said they would contact me in 48 hours. I finally contacted them on the 24th and they said it had been delivered and provided a photo of my house.(where it was delivered)Problem is the photo was taken last Fall of 2021 because the leaves were on the trees and currently in April it is Spring with no leaves. They washed their hands of the matter and said I had to contact the delivery company who of course have no explanation for the dated picture and states they called my phone (they didn't) and the second picture of my porch with the package is proof. Unfortunately, it rained on the morning 19th of April and the porch stones are bone dry when the photo of the package on my porch was taken (poor quality picture of my porch-photo-shop?). The delivery company insists it was delivered based on this flimsy evidence and have closed the matter. All in all when it comes down to it I am out $131 with nothing to show for it except a lesson to never use either of these companies ever again. Quite simply, DesertCart DON'T deliver!

I had ordered certain supplements which were grossly overcharged (3times). later I was told to clear the items myself from customs by paying another 1000 BDT. Being a complicated process I have refused. I lost the money -3600BDT paid already. No ones should order through Dessertcart. Misleading. Pleaase stay away.

I had a new credit card, not used anywhere else. Within 6 hours of providing it through their 'secure checkout' I was seeing fraudulent transactions buying scratch cards, game credits and similar near-cash items. I ended up with 13 transactions charged to the card. Luckily I managed to cancel the card within an hour of the first charge and the bank is dealing with the mess. I have since found many other reports of the same thing happening to other people who used desertcart. The frustrating thing is I had a gut feeling they were a scam site but found some good reviews at the top of the search engine results. With hindsight I can see how those are paid/fakes carefully constructed to lure people in. You may still receive the goods you order, as they are drop shipped from Amazon.com. Once they have your card details though expect to find dozens of small $20-50 USD transactions appearing. Please heed this warning - do not fall victim to them.

Possibly the worst delivery service. No control on their merchants. Before ordering - I confirmed from their chat support about availability of the product and I was asked to rush up and order as there were only 4 left and I placed the order immediately. Order ID: 15178569 Order date was Sep 7 - promised date was Sep 27. Then changed to Oct 4, then delivered partial order on Oct 11. Worst part - they do not have any clue where the second part of the order is and are now offering apology and a discount store credit on next order.

It's kinda wierd that dersertcart has the same reviews as amazon, more like they illegally put amazon reviews to scam their customers

This is not good at all i bought 10 items and they made me wait for 3 months and then they randomly charged me for 10 dollars for plus mebership and it was without my permission I am disapointed in desert cart and I will never recommend it.

Desertcart are advertising scam products and will not remove them even when provided with proof. The positive reviews on this and other sites are very clearly fakes written by themselves. They have stolen photographs of a 50,000 pound English sculpture that once hung in the Louvre in Paris and are pretending to sell it for a few dollars. What you get (if anything arrives) is a cheap plastic tiny copy, more like an ugly tourist fridge magnet. They have been repeatedly contacted regarding this fraudulent advertising and copyright breaches and always pretend to be shocked and sorry, giving out fake emails for their legal department and promises it will be sorted out. But nothing happens. Which means only one thing, they are deliberately scamming their customers and don't even care.

I placed an order Jan 26th 2021, via Desert Cart Canada and was quoted an expected delivery date of Feb 2-7th, it did not arrive and after several chats with support that it was going to be shipped, I did not receive any communication at all from Desert Cart after those chats. Today Feb 23rd 2021 I went on chat again and found out that order was cancelled. It did not show up as cancelled when I went to "track" my order.' So frustrated I had to ask the order to be cancelled and that CC be refunded. Finally I got an email and a txt cancelling the order and to wait up to a week for the refund. This is so bad that customers do not get any notification of status of their orders even after following up via chat several times. Will not use Desert Cart again nor recommend.

I don't recommend Desert Cart, i have placed an order and was waiting for the delivery but the order is cancelled without any notification. neither I have got any confirmation on the refund of payment, however the payment was refunded. the reason for cancellation is that the product cannot be delivered in the country it is intended to be delivered. If so, why do they offer such products for sale, stating very clearly that it can be delivered and also mentioning the delivery time. There is no proper channel of communication.

I purchased 1 item on there website. After 2 month They charge 10 dollard for plus membership without my permission. I'll explain to the support customer and they said it s non refund .that s a steal . I'm not recommending to that shop.

If you don't waiting a month past the estimated date of arrival and are ok with waiting hours to follow up on your orders then Desert cart is ok. My experience with some delivery times has been terrible (Ordered Nov. 5, received Dec. 23 - should have been 7-12 days). Customer service is impossible to get a hold of unless you hours to sit on an online chat. And even then some representatives will just end the chat because they feel like it, with no warning. Sending an email is useless, no response there. Some products did arrive on time and were good which is why I rated 2 instead of 1. I placed 5 different orders and had a problem with 4 of them.

Terrible experience. If I can give them zero I would. Not only did they deliver my order on bits and pieces but they delayed my order so much. In fact i did not receive one of the items to date even though I made the order a month ago. Their phone is not working and The chat is always with waiting time not less than 30 minutes. Totally not recommended.
