For more than a month I have been unable to use my card with balance in my card . The customer service is the worst I mean the worst. They reply after a day or two and don’t reply in many occasions giving you vague answers. Noupia has several issues which I can even start naming. The card issue is just terrible which is the main service Noupia offers and it’s not functional, it’s really ironical. You can’t deposit to your card, you can’t withdraw from the card if you already deposited, you can’t use the card, you can’t add the card to a new gmail, and on top of that they will still charge you to create a new card with all these issues. this app refund you le customers and take a while off to fix your issues then come back. If not I don’t advice anyone download Noupia, it will only ruin your online purchases.

What’s the need of an app which is meant to provide card service not able to provide that service I was asked to pay for a new card which I did now I am struggling to buy online in different domains from Netflix subscription to others about 5 different domain to no avail
The worst among all is they have disabled their chat for 8 days today Noupia was one of the best but now the worst of the worst

I keep login into my this app
But it doesn’t permit me login

My login info is correct
I even reset my password
And logged in with the new password
It still doesnt log me in

I recommend to all users to not download Noupia.
Nothing works and their Customer service is BAD.
DON’T DOWNLOAD Noupia. DON’T DEPOSIT ANY MONEY IN THEIR ACCOUNT.

Your app needs serious maintenance. You enter some places and Noupia refused to go back. I had to delete each time it happens and re download

I can’t recover a forgotten password

This is totally unacceptable, how would I try to withdraw money from my card into my this app account and you disable my account and block me from contacting support? I need this resolved immediately

I can’t seem to use my card, deposit into my card or withdraw money from my account. You guys keep on suspending my account what is the issue with your service??

Please you guys should return my money. After transferring such a huge amount and I couldn’t even do what I had to do with it. I tried withdrawing and got my account suspended saying they’ll contact me in 2-3 business days. I don’t have that time. Return my money NOW!

Deposited money into my account yesterday and it was deducted from my momo account but nothing reflected on my this app account. So i contacted this app customer service but the keep telling m e to be patient since yesterday and now today their app is no more opening🤦‍♂️. What a shameful app to wait yr time n money on.

I made a deposit yesterday from my account to UBA card till now it still shows pending clicked on the emergency button but gotten no response rather they say my transaction is not valid plus I’ve reported the problem several times but still yet no response. I need my money refunded back or top update in my balance!!!

Hello, can this app card support payment on google ads ?

I deposited money into my account a day ago, the money has been deducted from my main mobile money account but my this app account balance has not change yet. How long do you take to recharge an account? I have been waiting since yesterday and nothing has entered my account in the this app app. This should be rectified immediately. Thank you

At first it was a great app all of a sudden I can’t understand they charge more and cut my money can’t even keep money there anymore
