    Payments

    First credit card by Premiere and first time using app. I set up bank information to make payments. Despite the payment posted to my checking the following day of payment. I called and was told the funds will not be available on the credit card up to 20 days. In my case she said the funds will available 8 days after payment was made (7 days after payment posted). I have another credit card and I use their app and once the money posts from my checking the funds are immediately available on the credit card. I prefer using apps to make payments instead of calling and going through the automated service. Only use the app if you make balance inquiry. Don’t bother making payments unless you’re okay with waiting up to 20 days to post.

    Keeping up

    I love the new look of the app. They finally caught up with the times. Still not convinced on making a payment through the app. Looks like they don’t immediately draft the payment. Maybe down the road there can be spending limit feature and receive notifications on it. Also, if possible, if they can update the phone payment to be quicker without so many questions. Great job though!

    Worthless

    Bring back the old app. Fire the responsible parties for this disaster of an app. Truly a piece of junk. I’m going to have dust off the laptop and go through the Web site, but I changed my mind. I’ll just keep calling their CS & wasting their time. CS is always nice and polite. CS cannot set up autopay. You MUST go online to do it. I’m telling you DO NOT waste you time. CS said I had a $40 credit - oh yeah? Prove it because you sure as h e double hockey sticks will not be able to get a list of transactions. Lastly, you must choose a “color” for viewing your card after login. Dumbest thing ever.

    You shouldn’t change so drastically!

    I like the idea of modernizing an app, however, in doing so it should have all of the same features as before with new ones added. I don’t see that here. I still can’t make a payment with debit card through app, and now the transaction history is obscured or at least I haven’t figured it out yet. Will update review in future but two stars is all I can give on initial use.

    Payment type

    The new app is nice. Never have any issues. Would like the option to pay by debit card online for one time payments. Not a big fan of having my account number stored online. That is the only thing I would suggest as of now

    App not reliable

    Had my account closed! Supposedly Because payments that I made while using the app didn’t get credited to my account. I was told I had too many returned unpaid payments because of it. Which is not the case. Was NOT a bank issue was the app. Payments I payed online and on the phone had no problems just the ones made through the app. Very frustrating and upset since it affects my credit score negatively.

    Bad

    The old app was clunky but this one is designed to screw you over. You can’t pay multiple accounts on the same day. When you try to add a payment for a another date on the same day well yeah it doesn’t go to the proper account. Just try to get things in order when you find out your payment wasn’t really made. Time to yank this monstrosity until you can fix the problems.

    I didnt know i deserved better

    Had 2 cards with first premier and been using it for quite some time. Ripped off my credit score by closing my 2 credit cards with them without my knowledge and claimed it on my credit score that it was on collections/charge off WITHOUT TELLING ME. And mind you, i have been paying them consistently. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Hate this app!!!

    The update was horrible. I have called customer service 4 times to access my online account. I reset the account only to have to go thru this process again and again and again. I am beyond frustrated 🤬🤬🤬 The update to the app made it less user friendly. I cannot express how much I hate this app.

    Great upgrade

    I have two cards. It would be great if the app would allow you add and access at least two accounts. Even if for a small fee.

    Not worth using unless you have to.

    The app is only good for checking the balance. It tells you when the payment is due; but, not how much the minimum payment is. It will not let me put my bank account in the system for payment. Every time I try, it puts a “phantom” character in that make the entry invalid.

    DO NOT USE They will SCREW UP Credit MORE

    After working myself 2yrs to fix my own credit CHASE said try them in 3mths they closed my account 2 x for no reason they could explain cost me 47 points for their f up service. No one can ever tell you anything and you are always under REVIEW with them . Past them up go CAP ONE !

    The app is trash still

    I’ve been using FPB for a couple of years now, the app has always been trash. It’s gotten worse especially with this update/forced migration, I’d cancel this card just based on the inconsistencies of this app. Once I get another card I’m out!

    New app bad too

    The new app for my card just came out and it’s just like the old one don’t work like it should might just have to pay off the cards and shut them down instead of dealing with this bs Worse card app I have!
