For more than a month I have been unable to use my card with balance in my card . The customer service is the worst I mean the worst. They reply after a day or two and don’t reply in many occasions giving you vague answers. This app has several issues which I can even start naming. The card issue is just terrible which is the main service this app offers and it’s not functional, it’s really ironical. You can’t deposit to your card, you can’t withdraw from the card if you already deposited, you can’t use the card, you can’t add the card to a new gmail, and on top of that they will still charge you to create a new card with all these issues. NOUPIA refund you le customers and take a while off to fix your issues then come back. If not I don’t advice anyone download this app, it will only ruin your online purchases.

What’s the need of an app which is meant to provide card service not able to provide that service I was asked to pay for a new card which I did now I am struggling to buy online in different domains from Netflix subscription to others about 5 different domain to no avail
The worst among all is they have disabled their chat for 8 days today this app was one of the best but now the worst of the worst

I made a deposit yesterday from my account to UBA card till now it still shows pending clicked on the emergency button but gotten no response rather they say my transaction is not valid plus I’ve reported the problem several times but still yet no response. I need my money refunded back or top update in my balance!!!
