My wife purchased a Gotcha! Tag and registered it. When I try to scan it will not work. At all. I thought it may need some time to activate so I waited a week. It still won’t work. I thought that maybe the registration didn’t work so I created a new account and tried to register it, but it had already been registered. I now believe the company is a complete fraud.

Just trying to sign up. First it didn’t recognize my password so I had to reset it. Now I can’t add my pet because I can’t get past the add pets name, then select cat/dog! It doesn’t matter if you select cat or dog it STILL flashes “select a species” but doesn’t go any farther! I thought maybe it will accept it if I just say she is a cat instead and I can go back and update her profile to dog but nothing works! Pretty useless if you can’t even register your pet. I assume the way it’s supposed to work (based on their example) is once you select dog or cat then a species list should come up but it doesn’t??

I tried to register for three days. Kept getting a spinning wheel that lasted over 30 mins each until I finally gave up. Went on their website and registered there, then went back to the app to sign in and my email wasn’t found. I purchased two of these and they are useless along with their customer service. I have requested help twice just to be ignored. I will find another way to track my pets. I hope I can get my money back
