Advertised as a “finder” for pets in addition to other things”. NOPE!!! Synced the tag to the app, put the synced tag on my dog’s collar, let the dog out of the yard and as soon as he was 70 or so feet away, yes, the alarm went off BUT THERE WAS NO MAP TRACKING THE DOG’s ROUTE!!!! The map actually showed only where my phone was....not where the dog was. POINTLESS and therefore USELESS!
App support page is completely in a Chinese. Zero English. Common sense dictates that if they’re target is an English-Speaking market, their support page should be in English, or at least have navigation to their English language page!

Purchased at rural king and won’t even show up on my Bluetooth tried holding button and nothing happened. All three are in the package exactly the same . Dead battery or defective products. Don’t waste your time buying . I wanted to contact customer support but I can’t find it on the app or the product packaging. 😡😡😡😡😡

This does not work at all. We downloaded the app. Followed all instructions and our phones cannot locate the Bluetooth signal nor do we see any of the devices listed on the app when we try to find the device. Total waste of $9.
