The dog featured found in 1 day + hours, the chihuahua # 70108834-- Bizkit, I think it's my dog that was stolen months back...my dog's name is Guero N is spaid/ neutered, has a chip also under my name....please check...

I paid for a paw boost alert for my Viper to go out to people on Facebook within 10 miles of my address on March 1, 2024 and Paw boost never sent those alerts out and it is now 7 days later, when time was of the essence! Since there is no way to contact you and based on comments you never get back with people and it is so late, I am going to request a credit back from my credit card company for the $44.95 fee. I am very disappointed in you! I thought you had sent them out and you did not because not one friend or anybody commenting has seen a notification from you guys. I saw on my post for my lost cat that Anna Martin messaged pawboost that he has my cat. I replied and I haven't heard anything. Is thisa scam! If he has my cat how can i get in touch with Anna Martin.

I had my dog taken/found by someone who posted they had her. That she was injured & needed to see the vet. I reached out to the "Finder" within 24 hrs of the post going up & despite my numerous attempted to reach them as well as others messaging them on my behalf in both English & Spanish they NEVER responded. I reached out to Pawboost via email & they REFUSED to give me the name or contact info they had on file for the person. They requested an officer reach out for the info & confirmed numerous times that they would release the info to the police. Guess what!!?? They still haven't. I AM DEMANDING ACTION ON THIS MATER!!! It's been a month without my Novah Lee & for all I know this maniac has sold her to someone else who CAN'T love her like I can!!! PAWBOOST I am demanding action & will NOT go away until I have her back!

Contacting the “Finder” link does NOT contact the “Finder”

I have sent 2 emails to a “Finder” using the link provided at the attempt to verify if the cat they FOUND is my lost cat. I have not received a response after 5 days and 2 emails. I emailed support at Pawboost and they looked into it further. The email in the link which is linked to a Finders or Owners personal email, Pawboost verified has not received any emails from my email address. I have 2 emails in my sent box to the “Finder” yet nothing on their end? The contact email was verified. Makes me wonder how many pets are out there and their owners are making contact with no response??? Or believe they’re making contact with no response? This is an issue that MUST be corrected or this site is useless.

App not that great

I downloaded this app when I lost my cat. The app did not allow me to change my post or update the report the button/option would not work when I selected it. Additionally there is no way to receive the messages people sent regarding your post. Someone had messaged me that they found my cat and tried to send me photos via PawBoost /email service I never received the photos. They couldn’t find my post which also had my number so they had to wait to come across it again which left us without our cat for longer. They finally texted me and we were reunited. But the app /website did not help in the process due to glitches.

Could use improvement.

Not too sure how I feel about the app. It’s very confusing and unclear if you are posting a found lost dog or that the dog was found and reunited. Also all interactions are done through email in a non conventional manner instead of interacting and receiving messages through the app itself which is the whole point and purpose of installing any interactive app. And if you want to make a change to your post you can’t. The post you posted is shown to you as if you are a 3rd person seeing the post from a random user and because of that you can’t even adjust or change the status of your own post. It says message or call finder when I’m the finder. Apparently you have to go through the email and click at the bottom small print that says change status if this pet has been reunited instead of clicking your own post in edit mode to change the status through the app. When you go under your account the only thing you find is for you to sign out. If I go under account in any app I expect to have access to edit my post, access messages/notifications and to have clear understanding of my options for what I’m posting or have already posted. As a user I am not very happy which is why I installed different apps to help me with lost and found post. I do however appreciate the thought behind pawboost. Just wish it was more user friendly and that it made more sense.
