I downloaded the app and it worked. I tested finding my phone and my keys several times that evening. Seemed fine. The next morning neither the orbit itself nor the app would find the phone or the orbit. I tried to open the app and it would crash. I restarted my phone and the app still didn't work. I deleted and reinstalled the app. It worked. 20 minutes later, nothing. The app can't locate the orbit and it does nothing when I push the button to find my phone. Worthless piece of junk. Im so sorry I bought three of these for Christmas gifts. What a waste of money.
Don't buy this product, buy one that actually works.
Edit- I changed the battery and competed yet another set up. It worked! Tried it the next morning and once again it did not work. I'm contracting the company today to return all three for a refund. This was so disappointing. I'm actually not happy that GMA even allowed this junk on their deals and steals. Orbit definitely stole my money but I sure didn't get a deal. DO NOT BUY
Edit again - ZERO response from the developer. I guess they know this product is garbage and aren't even going to make it right. Now the second battery doesn't work! Pretty poor battery life for a product that worked all of 20 minutes total. Both * free* batteries are dead. I hope the lack of response is because the company is working so hard to fix this POS but I bet it's because they don't have any intention of actually making a working product.

Probably one of the worst products on the market regarding key finders. Orbit utilizes a ton of battery to the point where if you have your orbit and phone linked for an hour or so the phone battery completely depletes trying to stay connected the whole time. Also you have to be within 10 feet to even find the orbit, it tells you a general area of a location but doesn’t show you the actual location of the keys. This is a complete waste of money and they will absolutely not refund this product at all, it is false advertising to say they refund because they will only take it back if you have never even opened/used/experienced the orbit. How does anyone know they will not like the product if they can’t even open it?! That is not a refundable product. I had many emails that were responded to and I had to email them again saying “Hi I still haven’t heard back from anyone regarding my email” this experience has been terrible from a customer service level especially.

I bought the wallet card from orbit because I don’t think Tile had one at the time. The card was nice because it is rechargeable but my issue was with the app. Roughly 20% of the time the app wouldn’t start or it would crash and that’s an issue because when I’m using the app it’s to find my wallet. I reached out to customer service at the time and their fix was to delete and re-download the app. That worked but it was since happened two more times, and that is after a couple of updates so it appears the problem still is not fixed. I went ahead and bought Tile Slim, I have never had an issue with tile for my keys and now do not expect to have one with my wallet. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but my hands were tied on this one, I tried numerous times to like it but kept falling short of what it was advertised to do.
