My last two transactions I have not been able to access my points and they have not gone to it when I click on my cefco app it says enter my phone number and they will send me a link to access my account and they never do I had over 4,000 points that I was saving and if I cannot get this issue resolved I will never shop at cefco again.

When it said it was sending me the link to my phone to check my rewards it NEVER sends it to me at all.
