- Not the least expensive place to get gas
- App can be a little wonky when loading
- Not able to be used with compatible stations
- Fraud alerts block the use of the linked credit card
- App not working at the pump when filling up
- Told me I wasn’t at a BP station
The app changed and denied me access so i reloaded the app and now when accessing the app it just takes me to the web site via a separate log in and not to the app functions
App declining my transactions (two different bank cards - both Mastercard. Not sure if that's relevant)
My BP app won't work at pump for payment, gets to where it is going to pay and it denies payment. I have BP Visa on the card for payment. Card will work at pump but not app.
Say install certificate when I click on redeem and online website.
Won't allow me to add payment method
App keeps spinning and never opens. I have uninstalled the app several times and started over. Each time the app will work once, but keeps spinning and never opens the next time. The app just does not work the way it is supposed to. The app is useless because I do not want to uninstall the app and start over every time I want to use it. Please fix the app!!!!!!
I'm getting an INSECURE Device, won't load App all of a sudden on my phone. Uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't work can't get to a login screen
I can't add my debut card it just goes back to home page eithout it being added
Can’t use pay in car, says credit card expired. (I hasn’t). Try reloading and the app rejects it. Says it’s a bank problem, spoken to bank and they say it’s a Bp problem. Going around in circles, very frustrating.
Will not accept my location where I get gas for my car. I type in address and it won't accept location.
I have called customer service at least five or six times over the course of five months and I have sent a letter to the CEO of British Petroleum (BP), Bernard Looney. First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is the banking institution that is connected to the BPme Rewards Visa app as the default bank. I contacted them, we had a three-way conversation with the BPme Rewards Visa Customer Service department that lasted ninety minutes, and BPme Rewards Visa confirmed that there was a block on my account, and that their department was directly responsible for the block and yet they gave no legitimate reason why they are doing so. They gave multiple conflicting reasons why there was a hold and with each explanation they kept changing the time that they would release the hold. This was after I wrote the CEO. I pay the bill in full at the end of the month and this is how they treat me? If it were not for the fact that the BPme Rewards card offers the best pricing, I would have dumped them a long time ago and used another card. I am ready to take legal action against BP, but I need to find an attorney that will work with me to file a claim. Any suggestions?
have tried 3 times at 2 different service stations today, & pump will not unlock to allow me to refuel. Am immunocompromised so don't want to go in the store - the BP Me app was a god send, but not working. Will look for other apps on other service stations.
I can't redeem my poins in store
BPME app on iphone (latest ios16 and latest app update installed) flashes open for about 1 second no more then closes. Been like it over a month - useless to me so I use Shell garage instead - needs sorting
I'm having problems with the BP app it's not letting me put in different payment methods or add a card
Say "Scheduled Maintenance" for two months now?
app will not let me log in but can log in on my pc. un installed app then re installed but still the same
So who read the small print and discovered bp put a £100 hold on your bank account every time you use the app to pay until the payment has gone through in five days time. That’s something they fail to mention. I suspect for many that could in these hard times be the difference between getting overdrawn or not and additional bank charges or not. Who knew that?
I use the BP me rewards app with a linked BP credit card. I am out of gas and don't have my credit card because it was linked on the app. The app will not open today, July 28, 2022 at approximately 415 at Bucyrus Ohio. Now I am screwed. At the bear minimum, report that the App is not working.
The App always closed the moment we clicked on it....
The app will not let me log in on my account however I can log in fine on a laptop or on the actual website. This means i’m unable to collect my points.
BPMe: "looks like you're offline" but I am not - Caltex and ZEnergy are much better apps
App worked until I had purchased enough to get rewards going forward then failed. Even then it took forever to use and others behind me were not having it. On the latest attempts to use it at the pump it simply spins
The most unreliable app on my phone: fails more often than not. On the odd occasion it’s successful, connection takes too long so those behind me lose patience.
The BPme App does not open on my iPhone. I have a nice picture of a BP garage, nothing else happens
App worked fine until I had a free coffee, now even if I'm paying for another coffee along with the voucher it will not work at the payment stage. I don't know if it's related to trying to apply the voucher but it had been going ok prior. It's been about a month now and I've given up
Unable to communicate with server. Please try again later. What's up?
I get “no access to APP” after trying to reset me password.
Won’t log in try to reset password but says no access to any apps
BP app gets stuck and cycles between unlocking your pump and applying rewards, does not unlock the pump.
