Doesn’t recognize log in on app, can’t even fill out info online - entry fields won’t let you type in.
It says I have a login but it won’t let me reset the password because “role not found”
FlowHealthPatientPortal is useless. I can only receive one of my child’s results; I can’t view the other child. Every time it takes me to the screen to ask for dob and zip code it says the info I entered is wrong. I see both of my kids QR code but those are worthless; don’t know what I’m suppose to do with those. They just say Not Cleared, which wth does that mean?!? There’s no contact info for anyone to be contacted for questions or concerns; who knows who’s processing your information. You really don’t need FlowHealthPatientPortal . The FlowHealth role will send you an email and text to let you know your results are ready and it’ll take you to their website. Just do it that way. Good luck!
I downloaded FlowHealthPatientPortal only to find out that I had to agree that all my personal info could be used by Flow Health! No thank you, my info is my own , I payed for it! If those companies start paying us individuals for using our data, ok… but not for free.

The error I get on both log in and trying to change my password in-app. No errors in the web browser.
Got an email test results were ready. Signed up, logged in and get an error each time I try yo get new results. No support help within FlowHealthPatientPortal . Can only call for support during the week
Everyone I log in w my user name and password I get an error that says something about the information not being entered. Well I just entered it…

Can’t see my results because data is imputed wrong. No help feature. No way to notify anyone. Just stuck with no results.
This has to be one of the worst apps so far this year (2022). Make no sense. Poor design, not functional, and lack of direction. You get one star for being an app.

i don’t rlly have any complaints. FlowHealthPatientPortal is fairly easy to use and it was very easy to make an account. it took 3 days for my results to come in which was a day later than i was expecting but no big deal.
All FlowHealthPatientPortal lacks is a FlowHealth COVID19 testing sites finder. Adding that, will earn my 5 stars
