this app sportsbook is great for betting on your favourite teams with across multiple sports. Being a huge sports junky I am into loads of sports and this app is able to accommodate that. WynnBET is very simple and easy to use. For first timers like I was a few months ago terms like Parlay may confuse a lot of people like it did me, however this app have this covered and explain all these terms and what they mean. It's a very helpful app. I have experienced very few problems with WynnBET and I would recommend it to any sport lovers that are into sports betting.

I think the rollout of this app VA was done poorly. I think they got the license... and hurried the rollout. My account was blocked without notice for no reason and apparently it’s quite common in Virginia. I have only made 2 bets on the account. It’s happening to a lot of customers (per customer service).. which is clearly a big technical problem in their system. Understandable... but there is NO communication with the affected customers. NONE. The poor customer service people have no information. I do have sympathy for them. They are very polite... but I should not have to reach out to them every day to get a status. this app should be communicating with its affected customers everyday until this is fixed. I can’t get my money out... there is nothing that can be done other than wait and write crappy reviews... which I hate doing.

It has an ok selection and odds but the payout is by far the slowest and most painful of the 6 available sports books. Mgm and Fanduel will pay you out in 1 business day. I am going on day 5 and can’t even get an update from their third party customer service. Will not be using again.

Updating in response to the developer response: Still going on day 11 with no end in sight and my withdrawal has been locked for over a week. The customer support team has no ability to resolve anything they always promise follow up from a manager or the payout team and it’s never followed through with. They clearly rushed this launch and don’t have the capability to run a proper sports book or the support to provide adequate customer service.

The Wynn trailer at the NASCAR Richmond race was awesome, the people were so nice and helpful. I love WynnBET and use it every time I’m in Virginia (I’m from Maryland) Beth, Jennifer, and david all deserve the biggest raises and extra funds on their own sports betting accounts. Will definitely be coming back!

I love WynnBET, but the only thing I wish is the player props options would expand. One of the best betting apps to use though!

I deposited $50 to be eligible to place a $1 for a new user free bet promo and withdrew the $49 after I received the free bet. ON OCTOBER 16TH. As of writing this I still haven’t gotten this back, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be if you win $1000 and have to wait a week. Every other app I used to get the free bets, withdrawals take hours not days. Only reason I used was for free bet but definitely won’t use after this

Joined here about a month ago. Made several deposits/bets and even made a withdrawal(that went through fairly quickly). Soon after my account was blocked. Customer service just gives an automated response saying they are investigating, however weeks have gone by at it’s the same thing. This is a nightmare. Avoid this book at all costs

Super high minimum for withdrawals. Unhelpful customer service. Subpar odds. Bad UI. Just terrible. They even lied on this response and then edited it after being called out. No mention of previous wrong information. So many options for sports books, I would HIGHLY recommend a different one.

I know they’re spending a lot on promotions but the lack of simple functionality is mind boggling. For example, there is no remember user function or FaceID or even any way to use stored passwords on the phone. It’s a pain to log in and that’s sadly the biggest bar for me.

Easy and quick to make bets across all sports 5*. Great customer service too!

And I would use your mediocre app more. It’s fine.. seriously you spent money on a cute bet placed animation but not a feature that would facilitate betting more often? It’s why caesars is eating your lunch

0 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. So today 10/10/2021 I made a 4leg bet (first half) for the Tampa buccaneers over 7.5 & panthers over 9.5 & Texas over 6.5 & Tennessee -3. Every last one of my games won but yet they said that I didn’t bet the panthers when it clearly shows on my screenshot that I picked them and they had over 10 in first half and they won’t pay me. It was $100 bet to win $1,100. If you win big, they will not pay you so you may want to think twice about playing here. Go play at “BetMGM” “FanDuel” or or “mybookie” if you don’t want to be robbed.

WynnBET won’t let you edit payment methods. I have two PayPal accounts and WynnBET WILL NOT let me change from the PayPal account I originally used to deposit.

Stay away from WynnBET, plenty of better options that also offer live game betting.

I deposited $500 to make a risk free wager and tried to place a wager on a +100 even money line and got a pop up that said “maximum amount allowed $110”

So obviously it’s a $110 risk free bet not $500

Pulled my money out without wasting more time on these guys

The UI for this is not clean at all. Text description in the bets is cutoff and there's no way to expand it to read it. Kinda need that info to place a bet.

Deposits are instant but payouts are very slow compared to the industry standard. Decent book, but I prefer FanDuel

In a very competitive market they offer no bonuses. Worst of all Sportsbooks in Virginia.

I see a reviewer saying that their withdrawal speed is the best; he/she must work for this app, because I haven’t seen a sportsbook be so difficult to deposit & withdraw from in decades. this app took me back to the days of 2001 when I was betting with offshore books such as AllPro. It is unfortunate, as I have spent the past ten years staying at the Wynn Las Vegas and I love their sportsbook and the folks who work there more than anywhere else. I was really looking forward to transferring my DraftKings and FanDuel gaming over to this app. For me, The Wynn has always been a classy place with no drama and no shadiness; you stay and play at the Wynn because you want to spend money and have fun, and they are happy to take your money and give you the best experience possible, even if you end up losing for the whole week.
this app is an entirely different beast. While DK and FD have made promotions like “risk free/refund” bets standard and transparent, this app is taking us into the way-back machine where a risk free bet means no, the bet is not refunded and no, you cannot split the resulting promotional tokens up. That’s when you lose. When you win a bet and request a withdrawal, you’re subject to their arbitrary wait time. Their boilerplate response to a withdrawal request is that they “truly aim to review and process withdrawals within 48 hours.” In today’s market, what kind of online operator requires a 48-hour timespan to process a deposit or withdrawal? Even when the deposit or withdrawal go through, your account status continues to show a “Deposit/Withdrawal In Process” status for the action. It does not inspire confidence. Many of their lines do not have accurate team/price numbers in the header. It’s a shoddy app, and again, it’s depressing because I was so looking forward to bringing the Wynn home with me. I won’t be back.
