Massive Technical Problems
I think the rollout of WynnBET VA was done poorly. I think they got the license... and hurried the rollout. My account was blocked without notice for no reason and apparently it’s quite common in Virginia. I have only made 2 bets on the account. It’s happening to a lot of customers (per customer service).. which is clearly a big technical problem in their system. Understandable... but there is NO communication with the affected customers. NONE. The poor customer service people have no information. I do have sympathy for them. They are very polite... but I should not have to reach out to them every day to get a status. WynnBET should be communicating with its affected customers everyday until this is fixed. I can’t get my money out... there is nothing that can be done other than wait and write crappy reviews... which I hate doing.

The worst sports book in VA
It has an ok selection and odds but the payout is by far the slowest and most painful of the 6 available sports books. Mgm and Fanduel will pay you out in 1 business day. I am going on day 5 and can’t even get an update from their third party customer service. Will not be using again. Updating in response to the developer response: Still going on day 11 with no end in sight and my withdrawal has been locked for over a week. The customer support team has no ability to resolve anything they always promise follow up from a manager or the payout team and it’s never followed through with. They clearly rushed this launch and don’t have the capability to run a proper sports book or the support to provide adequate customer service.

Slow withdrawal times
I deposited $50 to be eligible to place a $1 for a new user free bet promo and withdrew the $49 after I received the free bet. ON OCTOBER 16TH. As of writing this I still haven’t gotten this back, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be if you win $1000 and have to wait a week. Every other app I used to get the free bets, withdrawals take hours not days. Only reason I used was for free bet but definitely won’t use after this
