Keeps crashing, can’t access my coordinator’s messages, have to call the clinic directly

I have software development experience and even a technical user like me can’t get it to work. It keeps crashing, so I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall it. Multiple issues logging in and getting messages. I give up and just call the clinic and ask to speak with my coordinator directly.
I don’t get notifications!

Every since the update over the summer I do not get any types of notifications anymore and I am constantly missing communication from my doctor’s office. This is causing so much stress and headache but a lot of the times the communication is time sensitive and I am having to set a timer or continuously come into the app and check it over and over again all day.
A Messaging App with no Notifications

This is an App that the facility wants to use as the primary communication between patient and care team. However, unless you continuously open the App and look for new messages, you will never know when your care team has replied. If you are going to position an App for primary messaging and communications, how about supporting notifications so you will know when to pen the App and read the message. Also, no way to transfer appointments to the Calendar App. This would be nice since this App has no notifications.
