I downloaded the app, created an account, and went to find get connected with a provider. There was only one provider at around 10:30am on a Saturday. So I clicked to be next in line for her. After waiting for a while, she declines because her shift over at like 11am. Then, there are no available providers online. I exit the app and get try again a few minutes later. Now there are a lot of drs. So I click “next available” This Dr had no patients waiting before me, but somehow I sat and waited an hour before canceling. Yeah so an hour and a half later, and I never talked to a Dr

Doesn’t seem to give the dr all the information on MyChart/my Oschner. Seems like they should interact with each other. I had to input all my med info, payment info, etc. Was a time waster to that extent and concerning that I might not be as accurate as my years of records in MyChart.

Dr. Onugha was efficient, warm, and friendly. I trust her expertise.
My one issue had nothing to do with her. There were multiple times I logged on in the past 48 hrs in need of a pediatric provider, but there were no pediatric providers logged on, and the family provider denied seeing us.
