How to fix DocuMate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DocuMate app on iPhone
Update DocuMate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DocuMate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DocuMate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DocuMate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DocuMate Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DocuMate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DocuMate App
1. On android, goto Settings » DocuMate » click [Force Stop]

Update DocuMate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DocuMate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DocuMate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DocuMate.

Fix DocuMate unable to contact server/ DocuMate internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DocuMate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DocuMate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
