- Does not show which platforms the trains will be located at

- No feature to show alternatives routes if a train is missed

- No map of a station for tight connections

- Routing puts user on a bus instead of keeping them on the through train

- Ignores Italian train scheduling for connections

- Missteps when routing to avoid seat reservations

- Total failure to place a selected seat reservation in the cart for purchase

- Tells user there are no trains to a destination when the German S7 lines accept a EurailPass

- Bug that causes map to be deleted with every update

Used my rail planner app on my 8 the day in Europe on my 10 day pass, could add trips to all in our groups, but on tha app MyPass is not getting loaded and not able to get today's ticket with QR code. Requested train ticket examiner and he had permitted our journey. Only issue is loading if My Pass and download of ticket. Says -try again

My Journey Planner does not hold both start and destinations at once so cannot even start!!!. I put in the start station and it shows then select the destination and the destination shows but the start is empty and vice versa. What do I do?
