I've definitely been having problems. I load it up and it shuts right back down. Uninstaller and reinstalled... nothing. I just been using the smoker the old fashioned way

How to fix Char-Griller app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Char-Griller app on iPhone
Update Char-Griller app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Char-Griller iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Char-Griller on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Char-Griller network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Char-Griller Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Char-Griller not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Char-Griller App
1. On android, goto Settings » Char-Griller » click [Force Stop]

Update Char-Griller to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Char-Griller App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Char-Griller » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Char-Griller.

Fix Char-Griller unable to contact server/ Char-Griller internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Char-Griller » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Char-Griller » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Char-Griller
