Most of the time there’s something went wrong

Awful, never had an app like this. Most of the time there’s something wrong and couldn’t open DoorDash . Even though sometimes I successfully opened it, I could only see today and yesterday’s sales, the history sales and other functions NEVER worked, NEVER!!! Not Even Once!

Worst Company for businesses

this app is high commision based yet they don’t have right setup to support businesses. No control on customers refunds in-spite of write order. Upon such refunds this app still takes the commission on full price. 14 days limit to manually stay in their app/online to lope a track if customer asked for refund is so annoying. They are secretly charging a lot from business without having a mechanism to update to look into the refunds requests. And the they boast about policies in place and can’t help businesses to dispute such refunds. Their app and whole company is very screwed to steal lot of hard earned efforts and money from businesses. Looking forward to have more food delivery apps that are robust and keep businesses happy as well.

Shady setup

I rarely give reviews for apps almost never do. DoorDash use to work great. Now? Its like this app tries to hide when customers request refund. You use to be able to see it easily now you have to manually go through every single order and scroll all the way down to see if their was a refund processed. Very shady in my opinion. Also they should make it easier for merchants to see how many times someone has asked for a refund the same way you can see how many orders a customer has placed with you and allow a BAN option for customers that are lying about their orders consistently. Still alot of other things wrong with DoorDash its almost like it was done on purpose.

You dont get paid for your restaurant!

Hi all, this app has not paid for my restaurant since last year September, like 6 months, I put my personal account first, coz I didn't have my business account yet, after a month I opened business account and tried to update my bank information, but the stuff was too rude , especially AYANNA!!!! She thinks she is a CEO of this app and never been helpful! Ignored all the documents i sent, and requested more and more information to just update my bank information, i sent her all my id and ean number as well and she didn't help! I didn't expect that experience with this app, what a shame! I will never use this app again and I don't suggest to anyone to use the this app merchant!!!

DoorDash is a scam. Terrible

The restaurant should not partner with this app. Their service is terrible, and they never solve any issues. They just tell you to wait and say someone will contact you, but no one ever does. I previously partnered with this app and listed my restaurant on their website. Every time my customers tried to find my restaurant, they couldn't find it. this app’s system would always recommend nearby restaurants with the same name as mine to my customers. I’ve reported this issue to them multiple times, but they just kept telling me to wait, and nothing ever got resolved. Don’t partner with them. they're just scammers." Their customer service is just for show and never solves any problems."

DoorDash the worse

I've tried to integrate my restaurant with this app and I've been waiting ONE YEAR I don't know why. They asked me for my menu, I sent it, I provided them with everything they have asked me for. I have been calling customer service and every time they tell me that everything looks good but that they will "escalate" the case and give me a date where my restaurant will be registered on the this app platform and it is a lie, nothing happens, and so I have been fighting for ONE YEAR and so far nothing. A representative just told me that for some reason my restaurant is blocked, that she doesn’t understand why. Lack of professionalism and very irresponsible

Very unprofessional

Called 5 times every day and every time the put me on hold and they leave me for 45 minutes and so and I call again and tell them about it the day we gone put you on hold for one moment and the hang up on me and I asked for manager they didn’t want to transfer to manager and no one could help to increase the store visibility more then 1/2 mile from the store to the customers and no one could help with it definitely not working with them anymore
Don’t recommend it if you want to run professional business

Extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the onboarding process for this app as a merchant. Despite explicitly stating during registration that I did not need their tablet, one was sent to me without my request. After spending significant time with customer support to initiate a return, I was shocked to receive another notification that a second tablet was being shipped—again, without my consent.

This gives the impression that the platform is pushing additional services that were not requested. I’ve already spent unnecessary time resolving this issue before even starting to work with them.

If you are considering joining this app as a merchant, be prepared for potential unexpected issues like these. I hope the company reconsiders its policies and starts respecting user preferences.

False Advertising

I got DoorDash for my small business seeing how it advertises “real-time this app notifications” but I have not gotten one notification about any orders I’ve received. The only way I have any knowledge about an incoming order is through the email associated with the account. Not to mention it is constantly glitching.

this app’s customer support is horrible with everything all the time, was on hold to cancel an order for nearly 15 minutes , this app tells me to use DoorDash to cancel an order next time but every single time I try to use DoorDash the cancel option DOES NOT WORK. It never works , it’s faulty, they don’t let you even speak before hanging up to talk about this issue. DoorDash , is not recommended.

2 weeks already! The tablet not working! We still not received new device! The funny thing is. The account manager want to talk to me about how to improve our business! We even can’t accept the customer order, no matter how many new ideas she has, it won’t help my business at all!

Too Many Issues to Mention Here

this app needs to build focus groups with merchants if it wants to do DoorDash thing right. Rarely anyone at DD reaches out to us on this. Calling customer support always leads to case number which is generally a dead end road.

We are a multi location grocery store on DoorDash but cannot make changes on the menu thru DoorDash (price changes or out of stocks). There should also be notifications thru the manager app when orders come in. Both of these features should be part of DoorDash .

Because we are a store-pick model, we should be allowed to eliminate out of stock items in orders and recommend substitutes in such cases. We cannot do this now and must rely on calls to customer support that are generally cumbersome.

Ok, could be way better.

Very buggy. Often an order doesn’t show up in DoorDash for an hour or two, which makes it very difficult to keep an eye on things when I’m not on the floor, so what’s the point? When I am, I can just use the tablet. It would also be great if the total for the day showed the total after commission as well, to make it easier to keep track of the daily totals in our records. I can do the math myself, of course, but I shouldn’t have to.

The Merchant Manager Stopped Working!!

As of today DoorDash is not working!! It is showing that our store is closed when it is actually open! It is showing no current or historical sales information. However on the tablet it indicates we are open and have fulfilled orders! This needs to be fixed asap as I have no way of monitoring sales and orders when I’m away from the store.

Needs improvement

It’s a shame there is not notifications for orders direct in DoorDash , DoorDash very often is not working good showing the orders or either online, there is not way to update the order to mark as ready or delay. It Is not made for iPad. Consider the high rate that you charge. Would be great if you could fix those details.

Menu and Store hours

Doesn’t update on the first try. Have to do twice when updating the availability of items on the menu. Also sometimes the store hours would show closed when it should be open. But it shows open then viewing via browser

Good but not great

I love DoorDash , it’s just a few features that the one application has that the new one needs! Like being able to change location in DoorDash and adding or changing store open times! If y’all had that I would give a 5star review
