My budget tracking apps no longer work. Which is annoying

Doesnt let me deposit checks because it tells me the amount the check is worth does not match what I input literally every time.

You can have the most black, high contrast background. The most square corners, the flattest most pristine check possible. BHBDigitalBanking WILL find a way to reject it. Been getting three errors that cycle through on repeat. Mostly “the account requested cannot be found” (i’ve only got the one!) and “the amount you entered is wrong” (i know it’s not! i’ve checked four times!)
depositing even a SINGLE check often takes upwards of ten to fifteen minutes. you literally just have to keep retaking the pictures and praying. it’s a big upgrade from the old app in a lot of ways but this feature is absolutely broken

New App is less user-friendly and doesn’t give Transaction IDs with deposits

The new would be so much better if when I check my balances it would actually let me see the correct balance instead of constantly getting an error message.

Not consistent with laptop. Not intuitive.

BHBDigitalBanking is easy to use and more intuitive but I really miss the auto photo for the deposits.

BHBDigitalBanking is perfect except for push notifications. I’d like to see immediately if the transaction is a credit or debit to my account.

I have a friend who doesn’t use Apps because “they never work.” Well, my B&H App places an array of useful tools for managing my business and personal accounts reliably at my fingertips. There’s no reason to go with a national bank. Highly recommended!

Just add a widget and it’ll be perfect.

The new BHB app is fantastic!!!! 😊 The other was just really old and wasn’t fast enough for customers to do transfers or check transactions. 😩 A very nice upgrade with some exciting new features!! Well done Burke & Herbert!!!! 😃

I love the new features and the new debit card controls. Also texting my bank to ask about unrecognizable transactions saves me a trip to the bank.
