This is a rip off. They got a new start because crypto when yo so high and they didn’t want to pay out so they ripped people off and closed account without paying. They take your money and then close your account. If you look on their Facebook page you’ll see all the people complaining that no one will respond to their help desk ticket. Same for me. I get the auto apply saying they will reply in 2 days and it’s been 3 weeks. I had bitcoin on my account when they closed it and kept my bitcoin. Don’t waste your money because it will sure be gone!
I’m sure they restarted their company because people win crypto coins and with the price going up like it did they didn’t want to pay out. They stole my crypto that was on my account. One coin is worth almost 50k now so they didn’t want to pay what they owed!
I wouldn’t trust then to save my money. When are they going to decide to restart again and keep your money!

It’s really confusing that Long Game gave themselves a fresh start like this, and I think it is a little misleading to new users. I think anyone considering using this app should be aware that the app has terrrrrible customer service. When they up and closed everyone’s old accounts it took over 5 months for me to get my $400+ Freon them, even after multiple attempts to contact them. It took forever to get responses and when I did, they were incredibly unhelpful. I also haven’t been able to find out where our cryptocurrency went? Nobody can answer me/will answer me, there are no answers on their website. I’m confused and disappointed to be honest. I would not recommend opening an account with this app, it seems scammy after all I went through the past few months.

There must be a class action suit here - how many people did they steal crypto from when’s. t hey closed our accounts- they keep saying “unclaimed rewards have zero value” but once I got notice they were closing the app they would not allow me to claim or cash out my crypto rewards and customer service was unresponsive. They transferred any cash balance I had to my linked account, there is really no excuse other than greed and theft they did not do the same with crypto.
Shame on you long game- stealing is not a good way to help people save and it really reflects poorly on your company.
Please don’t bother responding with your canned response, this many people with the same complaint deserves better than a canned response.
