App won’t open!

The app I have been using now for a couple of years. When trying today, it appears to want me to accept an update, which I did (several times) but it just boots me out and now I cannot log into my account- both on the mobile app, or their website. Davivienda needs to investigate into the poor usage of this important technology... maybe hire a new web developer to make sure their customers can access their accounts!
