Good time of day. I'm having trouble uploading videos to DistroVid. In the Artist / band name field, my artist name is entered, but when I specify my VEVO channel, the platform displays an error.

I’ve spent money twice now over $50 to have my music distributed and both times distro kid has messed up and made me locked out of my account. This is now my second time requesting a refund and I’m gonna have to wait another month for it. even though they say “8 days”. this is so messed up man for a small artist i dont have alot of money and i keep loosing it on this app. im so upset and stressed out right now man
Literally non existent customer service

Problem with my account out of my control , but ill never get it fixed, because they literally don’t have customer service at all. Good luck if you have a problem, actually , there’s no chance you’ll get help. Requesting refund for this abomination of a service

Don’t get me wrong, Distrokid is a great service. But the mobile app is broken. The app is soft-locked on the sign in screen and you cannot access anything else even if you sign in and 2FA correctly. Just use the website on Safari instead.
