Hi, My safepal mobile app hangs while opening. I'm getting notifications but app not opening. I cannot uninstall and reinstall. If I do I may lose data

Не могу активировать SafePal X1.Включаю аппаратный кошелёк в режим активации,загораетя значёк Bluetooth.Нажимаю соеденить,в приложении на телефоне,появляется запрос на сопряжение я снова нажимаю и тут появляется сообщение об ошибке с кодом.
