my safe pal wallet that my withdraw application was rejected. that the system detected abnormal operations on my account. that the profit margin was to high, which which triggered the security platform. Ipaid a seurity deposite to to unfreeze my account. and tried to make a withdraw but the withdraw has not gone thru. this withdraw request was three days ago. This USED to be my favorite cold storage wallet but now it is just beyond frustrating and I will be moving to a different product.
My reasons are two fold:
1 - After a few months of excellent use, I encountered a hardware issue where the wallet would only power on when connected to a power source, even with a full battery.
2 - The support for the above issue has been non existent. A tier one support agent collected some info, and had me submit a video of the problem, then forwarded my case to the developers. No issue, standard procedure here. However, they have since gone silent. It’s been weeks without any updates even after repeated requests to get one.
Look, hardware can be flakey and if they solved this problem, or replaced my wallet, I can live with that (provided the new one doesn’t also break after a short while). However the silence is just unacceptable when dealing with financial transactions. This issue impacts me when trying to make trades as I need to make sure I am near a power source, and have my cable, in order to make a transaction. So frustrating.
So I would stay away from this one. Evidently they are cheaply made, and unsupported.
WRONG ADDRESS’s

This app is EXTREMELY dangerous. They have many addresses that are wrong with the wrong network. If you use them you’ll lose your money. I have brought it to their attention and their response made no sense. I messaged again and got another reply that didn’t deal with the issue. These people either are completely stupid or you’re getting an automated response. After 3-times is exposing THEIR mistakes with the addresses and telling them they are going to cause people to lose their money, I am done with this app. I’ve deleted it and I’m not using it ever again. Totally incompetent and the lack of caring about this very serious issue is too concerning for me to even consider using it.
Cannot recover same wallet with 12 work passphrase

I had to reinstall my SafePal wallet and when I installed and used to my 12 word passphrase, my wallet returned empty. For some reason my passphrase didn’t recover my previous wallet address and lost all my funds. Contacted support via telegram and twitter and they haven’t been able to help recover my address. Very disappointed right now. For now on, I will keep my funds in my hardware wallet, I don’t care what kind of incentives SafePal is offering to hold your coins in there wallet for 7 days. I will be uninstalling this app and never using it again. So disappointed...
Btw, I was using their software wallet.
