I installed the update. Upon opening BankRI I get promoted to update again. Takes me to BankRI Store. There’s no “update” selection, just “open”.

I then went to uninstall and reinstall. After deleting BankRI from my iPhone, pop back into BankRI Store and am met with an “open” choice once more, despite having deleted it. I hit open, and get a 404 error.

Fix this pls. I need to see muh moniez.

I downloaded BankRI and several hours later, I get an email stating that there was a login on my account from an unknown device in the middle of the night. What do you plan on doing about the security of your app and website? I don’t feel safe using Bank RI services right now.

I completed the update process however every time I open BankRI it prompts me to update again and the account info is dated back to the first update. Please send a fix!!

I’ve had bank ri for about 6 months. It has been the most difficult and annoying experience have ever had.

they won’t let me make mobile deposits

This bank is such a joke. BankRI has no Zelle and basic beyond belief.

Bank of ri is better than Bank of America but there app has a lot of problems

So the desktop version is great. But the mobile deposit option is weak. Need to take multiple pics particularly of back to deposit a check. Took me 6 times. Get me back to the old ways

Loving the new interface, it is more user friendly and appearance. I mean I love this app, small bank, really care about their customers. Best service I have ever got from a bank.
